"We charge upfront flat fee pricing for our customers, that is our company's policy. This customer is stating (his own pricing per hour) is more accurate than our company's pricing. We presented this customer with options and he signed his estimate and moved forward with our pricing. Now he's stating that he did research and wants a refund after all the work has been completed."
