We have been seeing Arkady for years and have never been disappointed. He knows our dogs, always talks to us, greets us at drop off and pick up. He is flexible and always punctual. Most important, my dogs love him and he Knows them. He's caught broken toes, weight loss; problems big and small with each of the dogs before I did. Unlike our past groomers, he doesn't expect them to come in perfectly tangle free ( we try, but don't always succeed) My last groomer would shave the dog down if she didn't think I'd brushed them to her satisfaction. Given the size and goofiness of my dogs, his prices are just fine. I've never done business with the other groomers at Gidgets, but I highly recommend Ark.

Made apt for 830 with Leah. When arrived person non hospitable. Could not find appt. Leah did not come out. Told not to remove long hair from around eyes.
When picked her up, different person. Leah did not come out. All hair cut around her face.

Leigha is the best ever. My Havanese gets mats and Gidget's offers de-matting, at an extra charge. Well worth it! Leigha listened to what I wanted and then followed through--Zach looks great.
