 + 0 moreIt's been a while but both times they delivered my purchases that afternoon and hauled away my old furniture. The salespeople were very professional and so were the people who delivered and set up.
Description of Work: Delivered and set up my bed and hauled my old one away. Delivered my couch.

 + -1 moreBased on this experience and the overall service provided by Nate and the store we will be customers for life. They did a fantastic job of turning a poor experience into a great one. It is not too often a company will stand by the products they sell in this manner, we are thrilled with Furniture Row and will buy our furniture from them in the future.
Description of Work: Last year we purchased a sofa and love seat combo from the clearance center. We felt the price was right and the couches were in great shape, it was a deal we couldn't pass up. The longer we had them the more problems we had with the couches. They were poorly made, they were separating in the middle, the foot rests were sticking and not working correctly and one of the sides of the couch was collapsing after one year. We sent an email letting them know of our experience and telling them to stop selling this product in the future. We were not expecting them to do anything but apologize. The manager Nate contacted us and apologized for the product he also asked us to come down and take a look at other couches. To our surprise he offered to let us pick out another sofa and love seat and take the other set back. In addition he offered to deliver the new set and pick up the old ones.

 + 0 moreIt was a terrible experience. They have locations in little shopping centers all over. They delivered it to our old address even though they had our new address. It took us the whole rest of the week to get it. We got it last Friday. I'll never go back again. The price was good.
Description of Work: Furniture Row was supposed to deliver a bed, box springs and mattress to our new home on 6/6/11.
