Furniture - Sales, Mattresses
It's been a while but both times they delivered my purchases that afternoon and hauled away my old furniture. The salespeople were very professional and so were the people who delivered and set up.

Based on this experience and the overall service provided by Nate and the store we will be customers for life. They did a fantastic job of turning a poor experience into a great one. It is not too often a company will stand by the products they sell in this manner, we are thrilled with Furniture Row and will buy our furniture from them in the future.

It was a terrible experience. They have locations in little shopping centers all over. They delivered it to our old address even though they had our new address. It took us the whole rest of the week to get it. We got it last Friday. I'll never go back again. The price was good.
