Excellent Cleaning

They were absolutely fantastic! We hired them for a move in cleaning service and they did a phenomenal job! They we clear about how long the deep clean would take and paid attention to details - cleaning vents, above the cabinets, and catching paint drips we missed. Once we move in we want them to come regularly!

We initially hired Francisco and Luipta (The folks behind Excellent Cleaning) for a one-time deep cleaning. We have two dogs and had been in our house for a year and it was time! They did such an excellent and thorough job that we decided to have them come clean regularly for a flat rate. They consistently do an excellent job, are very communicative, are flexible when we have schedule conflicts, and our dogs absolutely love them. We are so glad to have found them! Iâ d recommend Francisco and Lupita to anyone looking for a one-time cleaning job or for regular service. They do a great job, are wonderful people, and have competitive rates.

He communicated clearly and politely and he and his wife did an amazing job; they left the house cleaner than when we moved in. We hired Francisco and his wife to clean our house after our current cleaner went on maternity leave. The job they do is just fantastic. We have nothing to really complain about. They clean our house every 2 weeks and Francisco always contacts us the day before to let us know that they're coming. We give this cleaning crew 5 stars and you can't argue with their price either.

Excellent Cleaning team were wonderful folks, they genuinely try and do their best. I've worked with many cleaning companies over the years in multiple states. I'd say for the money they're fair at 25 per hour per person. But you'll find if two team members are in the same room the cleaning can and will take longer than it should. I have cameras throughout the home that tracked progress. For example two hours with two people for a master bathroom no matter how dirty is excessive. Then in the final hours, it was a mad dash to complete the last bathroom, and remaining rooms. So much that in quickly packing their cleaning gear, one member dropped a steal can on my brand new finished floors (5 days). Its costing me $100 to have the flooring guy come back and touch up the stain and dent left (I was being nice in not saying anything or deducting damages). However a positive note Francisco worked with me in taking of their shoes and purchasing the necessary microfiber dust mops needed for the job. In the end we intend to hire another company to finish the job and get a deeper clean in the grout of our bathroom walls (lots of build up of soap) and drains as there is still of hair in the grill/grime an such. For a basic clean they work well, I'd recommend just asking for husband and wife for the sake of efficiency.

Francisco was wonderful to work with. He followed through on everything he said he was going to do and it truly was excellent cleaning. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fransisco and his wife and Blanca were wonderful. They came on very short notice to clean my house for company arriving the next day. My house just sparkles! My only downside was the agreed upon rate was fine/reasonable and it was per person. Three people came to clean so I was a bit shocked to see my final bill. But the work was exceptional and they are wonderful people!

This crew is great! All round good service and execution, they're the best I've found.

Great service. WASHED, not just dusted, my blinds as they really needed TLC. did my baseboards and doors. Kept asking if I was satisfied and went back if they noticed anything. Took some time but their rate for 3 people was the same rate at Molly Maids for 2 people and Molly Maids refused to wash the blinds aND only had bleach to clean the floorboards which worried me with my hardwood floors. Excellent Cleaning really helped me get my house ready for an open house. Thanks guys!

Francisco does a great job making sure you are happy and they are taking care of what is important to you. Easy to schedule and work with, very friendly with pets and children too. Fair pricing. Best cleaning service we have used.

They missed a couple less than obvious spots, but in general did a very good job removing dog hair and getting the house ready to rent
