I'm enjoying my new windows and doors.

Great- on time and replaced 30 windows in. one day.

I love the door but the I stalker didnt make sure all the screws were tight. They didnt clean up well and disnt even show me that I needed to paint a piece on my house.

Everything went smooth. The project was completed as stated and on time.

Excellent. Windows installed quickly by a team. Would definitely use them again

Service went as expected. Guys were friendly, quick, and cleaned up. Windows didn't seem to save much on heating for remainder of the winter, but the big difference was felt during this summer! No more blaring sun or dark rooms from having to keep drapes closed during hot afternoons. Look good from inside and outside. Mechanisms function well.

Office is terrible to deal with.

It was ok. Communication seemed to be an issue. Also special financing could have been done better.

Took a long time to get the things they didn't do well fixed. They didn't reconnect the AC properly. I feel they take advantage of their big name because I was not impressed.

Matt did a outstanding job in selling us the windows. The installers were professional.

Have one cracked window and a screen with a tear

Everything was great as far as the products installed and the workmanship. They were neat and very professional. The only reason they didn’t get a higher mark was because it took weeks and weeks for them to start. They need more help

In and out - perfect job! They have replaced 21 windows for us over a period of several years and they have always done excellent work in a very short time frame. They have stood behind their work and given us terrific service after the sale.

They are wonderful. I would recommend them. That was my first experience with them. They came personally recommended and I'm glad I listened. I had a very good experience. truly delighted.

It went just fine. I like the windows. The original installation was poorly done and they had to come out and fix that, which took some time, so that didn't make me real happy. But the windows are good.

It worked out just fine. They did a good job. It was excellent. I think they were very responsive.

OK. Back office staff is very responsive. The crew could have cleaned up better.

I can say that I liked everything about Champion. Years ago, they built a patio and it was really good work.

Joe from Champion came out to give us a quote. Quote was much higher than expected, but after high pressure sales tactics, Joe convinced us to sign the contract with the assurance that if we changed our minds, we could cancel within 3 business days. The next two days we attempted to get ahold of Joe to change the window color to tan (one of the standard colors). At the end of the 2nd day he finally returned our call and told us it would be an extra $400 for the color change. At that point, we told Joe were having second thoughts and wanted to cancel the contract. We had to drive down to the Champion office, sit thru more than an hour with the "manager" trying to change our minds. Finally got the contract cancelled, and then were told they had already cashed the deposit check, and the refund would have to come from the corporate office in ohio. Only after many phone calls and 3 weeks did we finally receive our refund. After shopping around, found equal or better quality windows with better warranty for about 1/2 the price. Should have trusted our instinct on NOT giving in to aggressive sales tactics and signing a contract right away.
