HORRIBLE COMPANY. We had $10,000 window installed over a month ago and by the time they were done there was a lot wrong. One of the windows dosnt even open because its so tight, there is several nails sticking out of the framing, the same framing that is 1inch away from the wall because theres something behind it pushing it away from the wall, glass all over my front yard(been a month and im still picking up pieces of glass). Now we addressed these issues with our representative which they had an inspector come out and he agreed with all of the problems i addressed so they setup and appointment to come out and fix these issues. THIS SHITTY COMPANY F**KING DIDNT SHOW UP AND ARE NOW GHOSTING ALL OF OUR CALLS. IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED WE WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Efficient, kept me updated. Workmanship was outstanding and cleaned up at the end of the day. There was a mixup with the screens but it is being resolved. Easy folks to work with.

Horrible installation job, Horrible Customer Service. The sub-contractor they sent did not install the window right, destroyed the siding, and did an overall terrible job. I had to fight with customer service for 5 months and file a complaint with BBB before an; anything got done. Finally came out reinstalled the window, fixed the siding, and made it look good. There are plenty of other companies out there do your research and read reviews and complaints on BBB before hiring any company. Definitely will never use Champion again

I did my homework before deciding on where I'd buy my windows. Got three quotes; all very reputable companies. Champion (John) gave the best presentation by far! Very knowledgeable, very detailed with window samples and heat indicators to actually show me Champion windows efficiency. Best price, best financing. Now I know where to buy the next set of windows!

Travis was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the products from manufacturing to installing to wear and tear. Very impressive! And easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him and Champion!

Ryan was very nice to deal with. We received an excellent education on windows which we really appreciated. Thus, we went with Champion Windows.

The installation was poor. Taking out old door chipped the dry wall and no repair or caulking was done. Installer buried home security wire in the wall instead of simply resticking sensors on new door. Company says salesmen did not write it on contract so I got to foot the bill for his mistake. When informed Custer service basically said sorry nothing we can do. Installer swept up inside but left pile on floor instead of throwing away. He did not clean up at all on the patio leaving garbage, shims, and brackets. The screen door did not match up to its lock. Instead of coming out to finish install they threw me into warranty department for repairs. A month later I am still waiting. Companies customer service sucks. Project manager, when informed of dissatisfaction, did not return calls. Plenty of other window companies you could go with instead

Great experience start to finish. Even had an issue with one of the doors they installed and they were super responsive and came out to fix it right away.

I was very pleased with Champion Windows, from the sales professional who assessed what I needed to the capable installer who put the windows into place. I learned a lot about window quality and feel I made the right choice for me. They are beautiful and the warranty is excellent. Great investment.

Our project was a sunroom. We initiated a cancellation with them due to the fact that they were very slow providing any follow up and progress with the project. Then when we tried to cancel, they threatened that we owe 30% of the project because it was after the agreement. But the condition is that there has to be a re measure which we never did. If anyone goes with them, be sure to read the fine line. They ask for a lot upfront and then manage their process where you can not get out of your contract. It is completely unethical how they tried to do this.

We needed a new sliding glass door. The old one let in both the cold and the heat and unfortunately it didn't lock all of the time. After researching several companies, we contacted Champion Windows of Denver. They sent Joe B. and Joe C. to our house to tell us about their products. Both men were extremely professional and knowledgeable. After a few short weeks, our new sliding glass door was ready to be installed. The installation crew was professional, polite, and experienced. The installation was completed in less than two hours! We are very happy with our new Champion Windows sliding glass door. Got Windows? Then you MUST call Champion Window! You'll be totally pleased with their products.

I am super impressed with the quality and warranty. Definitely a step up from the builder grade windows we currently have and that are available at the big box stores. And the warranty is a lifetime warranty on all parts and glass and is transferable. I worked with Joe. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Joe and Joe walked us through the whole process. We really liked Champions selection and style of doors. Joe checked in with us during the process. On installation day the crew was quick, professional and tidy. We replaced both the front and back exterior doors. Everything was done in one day worth of work. Awesome experience!

The purpose of hiring a contractor was to alleviate the stress of this project. We have experienced several issues since hiring Champion to replace my siding. We were told a date that they would start, which was delayed due to not having the materials. Then when they came to start the job, they tried to not install the 3/4 inch foam board insulation which cost extra to have upgraded from 1/2 inch foam board, in fact tried to skip vapor barrier and install cardboard in sections instead. After getting that resolved, the project was then delayed further so they could order the appropriate materials. Three months later, we finally have the installation done, but during which they dismantled part of our fence and did not repair, also damaged part of our side skirting. Scraps, screws, and nails were also left all over the yard and driveway. Now, four days after completing the project, we have siding falling off! The only reason, we hired them at a cost $1000+ over competition was for their warranty, but now are filled to much regret with the lack of communication and workmanship, as well as the many issues this project has brought. They damaged security light upon reinstalling as well as have been slow to communicate.
