They arrived within the window they provided and finished the job early. They explained the process and were kind and friendly. They cleaned up after they were finished and the area looked just as it did, if not better, after they were finished. I will not know if their service was effective for a few more weeks as we have to wait 7-10 days to do another radon test then send it off for results. However, I feel confident that if our radon levels are not acceptable after we re-test that they will come out again. I would recommend them for future service.

Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Pricey, but you get a pretty comprehensive report afterwords. The report can be daunting for a layman, however, to sift through and understand. Overall good service and would recommend to other families.

Good experience, the tech was 15 minutes early, and ended up lowering the cost from the initial estimate after looking things over. The only issue was the tech initially couldn't find any electrical to tap into for the fan and wanted to cut into the drywall. I pushed back, and he ended up finding a line to tie into after all, so all's well that ends well.

Dirck was very knowledgable, great at explaining things, and super thorough. The receptionist who initially sent me the quote could have been nicer, but other than that, I fully recommend this company, and especially Dirck.

Had I not had an electrician working on the house at the same time, I would have said all was great. The system looks very high quality and the workmanship was nice. However, our electrician offered to tie in the new electrical to the new breaker box he was putting together and discovered that he radon technician was going to "tie in" the power source to another electrical line. By code, radon mitigation systems need a dedicated line. After they talked, it sounded like things were settled and a dedicated line would be used. Then, when the mitigation system was installed, electrician went to use the line left for him to put into the breaker box, and the line was interior wiring, exposed outside. He ended up having to build a tube to run it through and replacing the exterior wiring portion with the appropriate, outdoor-rated wiring. We are all set and safe, but the whole thing proved to be a headache. We got a great price, but I will watch and ask more questions if I ever need this project done on a house in the future.

Axiom did a great job of providing me with details of the work to be performed, what to expect, and how to prepare for the air samples (keep your house closed for 24 hours before the scheduled inspection appointment). Jonathan who did the inspection and air sample collection has Federal and State certifications plus a background and experience in building construction. The turn around time to get lab test results and inspection report for my basement was two days. Competent, efficient, knowledgeable and wiling to share in-depth knowledge of the end to end process. Inspection includes visual search for evidence of active mold and moisture meter readings in all locations where mold spores are likely to be found. Plenty of photos were taken to fully document the process.
