Our Electrician Derek did an excellent job, very professional, left the area looking better then when he started. I have no problems using Derk and Applewood for any of my electrical needs. These craftsman are licensed and great to work with.

Over all, GREAT experience with Applewood. I have had them check my furnace every year for a few now, and each time, I am impressed. Justin new was he was doing, providing me with all the information I needed, including the one thing that needs work, eventually. He even replaced my furnace filter, which I wasn't expecting! On Christmas day at 4:30 p.m. we noticed that our thermostat was not working as it was displaying a code that indicated it needed service/replacement. We called Applewood at 6:00 a.m. the following morning and by 7:45 a.m. a technician was at our house. We were impressed. Prior to the tech's arrival my 77-year old husband had already gone to Home Depot to purchase a new thermostat and he had begun intalling it when by the time the technician arrived. The technician was so kind as he finished the job and did the set up for us and we were only charged the service call fee of $29.00!! We were so grateful and by 8:30 a.m. we had heat once again. We are extremely happy with Applewood and cannot praise the company enough.

Stefan was excellent and explained everything and detailed all my options for repairing or replacing my water heater. I decided to replace my 18-year-old water heater and Stefan and his apprentice were awesome and the installation was perfect. Highly recommend Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric and will only use them going forward. My price included a 10-year warrantee and Applewood Membership.

Jeremy with Applewood was amazing. Very professional and knows his trade. Got my furnace up and running in no time. They might not be the cheapest option but they are certainly the most professional. I feel confident that the work he performed was of the highest standard with no corners cut. That’s worth paying for in my mind.

Booked a week before. They showed up late no call no email I had to call to ask If they were coming. Plummer took 15min to replace the pipes then 2hrs later there was 2” of water that leaked onto my brand new vanity. Called was given a time frame the next afternoon. Was told I had to wait 2 business days to speak to someone about their mistake and poor workmanship. Very frustrating as the dispatcher was very passive and clearly didn’t care about my home or the damage caused. Had to miss a flight to stay for them to return to fix their mistake. Then I’ll have to wait 2 days to deal with the damage to my brand new vanity.
