The evaporative cooler work went fine. The price was very good compared to other providers. The sprinkler repair pricing seemed very suspect. The repairman showed a book containing pictures of replacement valves and the price. It was also suggested that replacement of a second valve was often done at the same time. I had the second valve replaced to be on the safe side. Considering how much I paid compared to other companies replacing the same valve the price was outrageous. The furnace inspection was free. The repairman "found" a rattling sound associated with the motor. I declined the offer to replace the motor. When the repairman left I touched the motor while it was operating and the rattling sound disappeared. I should have written an evaluation at the time I had each of these experiences with this company but I failed to do so.

Fantastic. Dan arrived within an hour and had it open. Have no clue what the other plumbing company did a week before, but Dan cleared it quickly. Don't expect it to backup again fro quite some time. getting refund from the other company for doing nothing. price included camera.

$69 to find out that what we wanted to do was way more than we could afford. Technician quoted out of a book even though we wanted three things in one spot that could have been run together saving labor.

don't waste your time. We had an issue with an electrical line that was ruining ceiling fans that we wanted inspected. Simple job if you can show when you promise. Alsas, Applewood can't keep their multiple promises. Time to move on to a company that can keep their word. Buyer beware.
