My water heater needed replacement. I worked with Adam and technician Jeremy. I live on a very tight budget, so Adam worked out an arrangement to help me. Jeremy completed the job with stellar customer service. I will be a customer for life. I love this company!

They were clear at the beginning about pricing for the different options for repair. Staff and plumber were both professional, friendly, efficient, and timely. I recommend 100% and will work with this business in the future.

The plumber came very promptly and it took him no more than 10 minutes to unclog the toilet. Then he charged us $99 for the ten minutes work, in addition to the $39 service charge. Exorbitant! A call to the company to complain about excessive fees for simple work resulted in a lecture about needing to cover costs. They expressed no awareness of value for services rendered.

They were quick and got the heat turned back on. My tenant said they were very pleasant and nice.

We had water coming through our kitchen ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. Hen came out, found the leak (which took a little while since it was leaking inside the floor) and patched the whole situation up. We were able to get them here the same day I called, so we didn't have to go without showering. Thanks, guys!

WEll they came a day after they said they would but sounded like it was an emergency. Work was excellent but I thought a bit pricey.

Very quick response and bid. Work done on time. "Excellent " customer service, not inexpensive job but completed on time in 2 days.

The first person that came out gave me an estimate, ensured me that my request could be done, was very knowledgeable and told me what should be done, and understood when I opted to not do the project at that time. Later, after thinking about the options, I called the company back and requested to have the work completed. Unfortunately, the first person was not available to come back to do the work and so another guy came a couple days later. He did not seem as knowledgeable, was not as concerned about protecting my carpet (there was snow and mud outside), and asked me what the first guy quoted me as a price. He did complete the project but not in the way as was first explained to me, but charged the total amount that was first presented to me. As of this writing, however, all seems to be working without problems so can't really complain.
