Arrived 1/2 hour early. Tested system, locating a couple of leaks. Fixed the leaks. A bit pricey, but he did have to travel a long way so I'm OK with his charges. I would hire him again.

Super fast (same day), super reasonable price (matched the best price I could find, and I looked hard), super thorough (the man literally went to each of my 10 or so vacuum inlets to test each one), and by far one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. The "typical" contractor is not going to take the time to spot check every inlet, of which he found a problem, and had to climb into the attic to find and repair a split pipe. All of this was included in the cheap/reasonable install fee (was actually a replacement of a crappy Nutone vacuum). Normally you get what you pay for, but this was a pleasant surprise. The company did not sit there and try to pitch me on the world's most expensive vacuum system either, and we all hate to be convinced to by something super expensive!

They were very flexible with dates when we had something come up. The install was great and very carefully done. They upgraded my carpet head for free because the other was back ordered.

Called me within a few hours of making my request on-line and had a technician at my house later that afternoon. Technician did a great job, very friendly, very professional, and took care of all our requests promptly. Highly recommended and would quickly do business with them again!!

We decided to use Alex because of his years of experience. We were disappointed. Service was unprofessional; arrived late twice; job ran over twice the time they said it would; unnecessary holes in our drywall; destroyed our carpet with the blue gunk; scratched our bar; cracked our kitchen countertop. Poor craftsmanship. The dustpan was making loud noises when the other outlets were in use. We had to go back in the system to discover that a piece of wood was left in the pipe during the installation. The technician left a gigantic mess to clean each time. Then he argued with us over his poor technique and craftmanship. Would not recommend.

Alex did an excellent job of communicating about our project to ensure the fence was done to our satisfaction. The work was started each day at the time they said they would arrive, and they really went the extra mile to complete quality work.
