They did an excellent job!  They arrived promptly on-time, carefully explained the service they would provide (including the equipment that would be used) and immediately started working.  He explained that the entire process would take about two hours and that's exactly what it took.
He cleaned up after himself and left the house in the condition it was in prior to his arrival.
I would definitely recommend using Professional Air Duct Cleaning!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went okay. We didn't read the fine print and all of the floor registers and cold air returns were not necessarily on that coupon so instead of using that coupon, we were forced to spend quite a bit more. It was $25 per cold air return and another $13 per register. It ended up being a fiasco. We paid an extra $150. She purchased the coupon online and I went over and met with them and then afterwards we tried to make sense of it all. She was led to believe it was an unlimited amount of registers and cold air returns but they said it was not unlimited. They did a good job. It just ended up costing us twice. The job was what I expected. They were almost half an hour late. The first guy had a thick Russian accent and I had a hard time communicating with him.

The vendor was on time and very polite and professional.  Cleaned the air ducts and returns as well as the furnace and was very detailed in his explanation. 
However, after the cleaning I had a mold inspection done and that inspector found that the boot of the furnace had not been cleaned (and had dirt and mold in it) and that the air filter had been inserted back into the furnace incorrectly.  I had to replace the filter as the one they inserted was damaged and I will have to clean the boot myself (or have another duct cleaning done).  I haven't contacted them to come back in yet for free - but if they do I will raise my review score.

We were given an arrival time from noon-3:00 p.m.  The technician arrived promptly at noon and gave us an estimate based on the number of air returns and registers.  We had purchased a package at $189 for cleaning of 10 registers, the furnace, and two returns.  Since we had a few more returns, this bumped the price up to $220.



I have to say that this was well worth the price because it appears that the registers and returns have never been cleaned in the 50 years since the house was built.  The technician was pulling arm fulls of junk out of the registers.  He was very good at explaining why the furnace filters needed to be changed regularly, and how often the ducts should be cleaned.  We would definitely use this provider again and would recommend them to others.

Al arrived on time and promptly identified all the ducts and returns (22 in all) and brought in all of his equipment.  He explained how everything was going to do, and after an hour called me down to the main trunk where the vacuum was located.  He tapped the duct and you could hear all of the 'junk' jump around.  EWWW.  Al said it would take about three hours and he was right on the money.  I am so happy with all the work he did and he awesome attitude.  I wish that everyone I had to deal with everyday was like Al!  PS.  Al, hold the power down on the sansa for about 15 seconds and it should reset.  Thanks for everything.

I was told to expect the provider between 9am and 12, and he was at the door at 9:20.  Al was polite and very professional.  He first took a look around the house and at the furnace, then explained exactly what he was going to do.  My furnace filter was very dirty (he showed me this), and he told me where to go to get the best deal on replacements, including (down to the penny) how much it would cost.  After looking at the filter he also showed me pet hairs and said that since I did not have pets these were leftover from the previous owners.  He recommended a $45 ventilation sterilization, which I accepted.  After the cleaning, he showed me all of the hair, dust, and even drywall material that had come out of my air ducts.  Finally, he made sure that I knew how to operate my furnace and my humidifier (it is a good thing he did, because I was totally unfamiliar with the humidifier).  The entire experience was a pleasure!

They said it was going to be one price but it then it was going to be $500 or $600 so I got it refunded.  They were quick to respond.

Provider arrived on time. Friendly and professional. Knowledgeable. Worked alone. Rapidly. Answered all of my questions. Cleaned dryer. Very proud of his work. Truly loved his work. He is a very good representing of his company.
I highly recommend this provider. They work hard and are effective in delivering the service they offer.

He did a good job, he was professional, the work was accomplished within the agreed upon timeframe, he was flexible. I added some additional services on the day service was provided.  No issues, problems and would recommend their service to my friends.

Very courteous knowledgeable man came out to clean our furnace and ducts. Used a very large vacuum cleaner. Blocked all the ducts but one he was cleaning. Did a good job and was careful moving anything in his way. Showed me the filter before and after he cleaned and sure was a lot of dirt and some larger junk removed! good job!

Al showed up on the early end of the service window we were given. He was very polite and friendly, and got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently. We had purchased a coupon through Angie's List for $199 for cleaning all vents, ducts and furnace/dryer vent inspection. Since we wanted the dryer vent cleaned (the vent went through the attic to the outside and we were concerned about fire risk), we had to pay an additional $75. In addition to the work he did, Al gave us some good advice on cleaning and maintenance of our heating/AC system, which we appreciated.

It was fine. Everything was met to my satisfaction. I had to pay a little bit of an extra because of the additional vent. That was clearly stated in the coupon. The price was fair. He was on time and he was careful about cleaning up afterwards. He was careful about moving the equipment through the house and not to damage anything. He was conscientious and professional in his manner.
