Terrible experience. I had hired Mike multiple times previously and had great outcomes. Then, I wanted to replace plumbing in half of my home. He send his employee, who was a total nightmare! Screaming profanities in my home, never working, my husband ended up asking Shawn to leave. One of Bathrooms needed to be redone, because Shawn did all the work incorrectly. Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster. Only gaslightling, pretending to be a victim, and blaming his employee. Hire at your own risk!

These guys responded immediately to my Angi post, arrived the same day . My building is old so installation was tricky. Caleb (technician) was friendly, proposed several options. Im completely happy with the installation and would use them again.

Where do I start?! We hired Michael to fix our water heater, he responded quickly & was able to get us in later in the evening. He called to let us know when he was on his way & when he came he wasted no time. He explained what was wrong with our water heater & gave us a reasonable quote. We needed a part that was half way across town during traffic time so to make sure we got the part we needed he rushed down to grab it before the placed closed & came back & was able to fix it that night (thanks goodness he did because it was snowing & no one wants to use cold water when it snows). If you want a professional, affordable, & reliable plumbing company, Michael is your guy! We will definitely be using him for any future needs!

Unprofessional. Overpriced. Broke a water valve and was told it was my cost to repair. “Read your contact was the response.” Plumber’s truck leaked oil on my driveway. Wore snowy boots in the house. Office manager Mike was unprofessional. V/M was always full. Couldn’t leave a message. Office background noise sounded like a day care center. Totally lacking in customer service skills. Shoestring operation. Don’t use this company.

"sorry you were dissatisfied with our services, we did not break your shutoff valve it was broken before we even touched it , when you turn off a broken valve sometimes they leak, Our office manager Mike was very professional handling all of the screaming and profanity coming from you when he told you we were not responsible for your old leaky valve. Mike is working from home due to COVID so we do apologize if you can hear children in the background. $600 is also incorrect we did not charge that much for what we did."

Asked for a quote from Angie's list and within 5 minutes had a call from Mike he was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Was able to get to me earlier then expected. Price was good. He had to saw off the old faucet which was broke and install a new Faucet I purchased from Home depot. This would not have been something I could have done myself. I am extremely happy with his professionalism, price and finished work. Will hire again and highly recommend.

I called for an estimate and they are over priced for main line snaking an they want 200.00 that is way to much for a main line to be snake I wouldn’t hire them to do no work in my house or would I recommend them to anyone!

Went great! Mike was on time and gave me a 15-minute courtesy call before he arrived. Very friendly. I explained what my situation where I explained that the installer said my line was not going to last very long. He then evaluated the line himself and found that the line was actually in good condition and that it just needed to be connected to the main water line downstairs. I had just bought the house and wasn't quite sure where the main line was. He found it quickly, flushed the sitting water and then connected the line. He gave me things to watch out for that might occur in the next day or so and if anything was to happen to give him a call immediately. Very pleased with Drain Right Drain Cleaning & Plumbing, Inc and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic! Mike is great to work with -- incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive. He and his crew were always prompt (or let us know if they were delayed for some reasons) and pleasant to work with. He really stuck with us through a problem that turned out to be much bigger than we initially thought and we could not be happier with the results. Would recommend Drain Right highly!
