I was so impressed with this company. My water line busted and Erick Castillo provided me a quick and accurate quote. He also provided me with the things that could go wrong up from and the cost adder if they would have to dig instead of pull. I knew exactly what to expect. They arrived on time and finished the job in 3.5 hours (they were able to pull a new line). Great experience working with them!

Last December when we had that freeze it froze the main line of a house in Aurora that I am managing. Of course it broke and it was on a Saturday and it was freezing cold and it warmed up to fast and it broke the pipe. They had to replace the whole main line of the water line. They replaced it with a copper water line. They were out there within two hours of when I called. It took them all day and they were done by 6pm that evening. That's quit a big job. They went out and looked at and called me and told me how much it would be. It was a copper piping, they would take out the old pipe and put in a new copper pipe and fasten it to the water meter and the house so the tenants would have water. A friend of mine who manages houses as well recommended them. I didn't price anyone else, but I'd imagine with the time of work they did they deserved every cent they got. I was panicking, so for them to be out there within in an hour already figuring out what to do, that was great. I had already talked to the tenant about possibly moving out for a week or so because I did not think I was going to get anyone to go out there. I've referred them to a couple of friends that manage properties as well. I was at a loss at first because getting just a plumber out there would have been so much more.
