Honestly, working with Paulo and his team was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. I know that's not something you hear everyday, but it's true. I needed someone to replace some rotted out trim on my windows, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. He exemplified everything I was hoping for with this job. He stopped by promptly to give me an estimate, responded to my texts within minutes before, during, and after the project, and the work started exactly on time and as promised--0800AM sharp! Most importantly, the quality of work on the replacement trim is superb. I know all this may sound too good to be true, but it was a pleasure working with Paulo and his team. He made the whole experience easy and I highly recommend him.

All the work went well. Paulo was very professional and responsive. We had a few delays that were out of his hands - mostly due to suppliers who were behind schedule. Nothing major, but Paulo communicated about all of these in a timely fashion. We replaced all of our vinyl siding with James Hardie board. Also replaced several exterior windows. Paulo also replaced all of our old gutters. Everything was painted to order including old soffets and fascia. Someone touched up the drywall texturing around the new windows and then painted everything to match. The work was done efficiently. They paid attention to detail and fabricated nice trims around outlets and utility vents. My only gripe would be that they didn't leave the roof clean, and after the first rain, I found a lot of debris and nails that had blown down into the yard and driveway. Everybody on his crew was friendly and respectful. There was always at least one person on site who spoke perfect English.

Paulo and his team were excellent. At first I was weary with the price of James Hardy Siding, but once it installed my house was transformed. They exceeding my expectations and have received numerous compliments from my neighbors and from people just passing by as the house stands out! After the hail storm, I also requested that Paulo and his team replace the roof. Once again, they were right on it and did an excellent job. I am now remodeling the inside of my house and I would not consider going with anyone else but Paulo. I forgot to mention that he also replaced all the windows in my house and I requested that he extend my front patio. He is a jack of all trades and we are very happy with his work.

Paolo and his crew were a true treat to work with. We have been doing a full house addition and remodel, and after having several setbacks, paolo and his team came in and were able to totally redo siding, trim out a covered patio, replace gutters and paint the house. They bent over backwards to make sure 1) things were done in the right order (even coming out for 1 random day to do facia before my roofers came out and put a roof on the house) and 2) Make sure that I was happy with the end product: consistently telling me "We want you to be happy- you have to live here, so lets make sure we get this right." The two man team was here long hours over a couple of weeks, always was sure to clean up well in the evening and left the house very clean at the end of the project, and were courteous to anyone else here, collaborated well with other trades, and were kind to my kids (super important in my book!). After dealing with a lot of trades during this project that were mediocre, un-responsive, and some down right rude, it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who did excellent work, had good follow up, and listened to my ideas and made them come to life. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely great. My only regret is that I didn't have Paulo (aka BK Contractors) replace the roof as well. Two of Paulo's employees, Luis and Vincente, did the work. Both were personable and professional and truly knew what they were doing, They worked long days and yet were always willing to answer questions. Each evening, no matter how late, the site was left clean with all tools/ladders put away, nails picked up, and debris blown away. Whenever I asked for something, Paulo's response was always, "No problem." I have recommended the company to several of my friends, and I don't often do this.

It went wonderful, BK Contractors were just wonderful to work with, his main crew Paulo, Louis, Vincente, and Leno. They were Professional, easy to talk to, willing to answer any questions I had (I had a lot questions for them), they explained everything I asked and went out of their way to insure that we were satisfied. I was really impressed with their thoughtfulness and the attention they paid to detail. I have never met a contractor like Paulo. His crew would point out things on the house that other contractors have done that were sub par (not to sell more work, for them but so that we were aware. In most the areas they did repairs from the prior contractor's mistakes and did not charge us any extra.) In the end I can say that we are so pleased we have new siding, trim, gutters and decided to trim the house in the front with stacked stone. In short our home is beautiful thanks to Paulo and his crew. The price he charged was more than reasonable and work they did was beyond excellent. We could not be any happier with our home as it looks brand new! We were surprised to pay less than what we thought it going to cost us and the finished project is more beautiful than we could have imagined! We will gladly recommend BK Contractors to all our friends, family and neighbors.

Showed up with little warning but did a good, thorough job. Conscientious cleanup, also. A number of other contractors didn't want to bother and a few who came out never got back to me so I really liked Paolo's attitude.

Paulo came out and gave me an estimate, then the worker showed up the following Tuesday to do the work. He finished in one day; the siding paint was matched well and everything looks good! No more woodpeckers!

Excellent at first. Then he came back and asked for the full amount of the job. After I paid him that then it became hit or miss whether he would come back. I have made numerous phone calls and text messages but am not getting a response. It has been 2 years and I am still waiting for him to finish those few things.

"When this review was written, I had been out of town visiting family. I understand how frustrating it is when something is not functioning properly. The door had settled after being installed causing the leak. When I became aware of the issue, I was in contact with the owner several times. As of now I have worked with the manufacturer of the door to try to resolve the issue. They had sent several parts to try to repair the door issue. The manufacturer has finally agreed to replace the door, which will be installed as soon as it arrives. The owner did not relay any issues with the entire house siding, gutters, other doors and windows that were installed."

Paulo and his crew did such a wonderful job, that by the time they were finished I hired them to install siding on our well house as well as install gutters and other roofing work on our main house. Despite having several unforeseen setbacks, the crews never complained and solved the issues promptly and efficiently. Paulo's crew was attentive to detail and went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. His crews were/are friendly and a pleasure to have around the property. I would, and will, hire Paulo and his crew again when I have jobs too big for me to handle on my own. Five stars!

Paulo was right on time to give the estimate. His estimate was well priced and he quickly understood what we wanted and said he would be able to do the work. His guys showed up right on time on the agreed upon day and actually worked until 8 PM the first day to make sure that they would finish on time. The garage looks great!

Don at Paulo's siding contractors was wonderful to work with. As the real estate agent for an out of town Seller, Don was able to complete all work quickly and professionally, and I know he went far out of his way to comply with the buyer's demands in a short time frame prior to closing on this transaction. He was at the mercy of the siding supplier and door replacement delivery, but completed all work as promised. I would highly recommend Paulo's Siding Contractors for siding and repair work (general contracting).

Great company to work with. Was always punctual and friendly and accommodating. When we requested that a few items be added, they did the work with no problem.
