"Hey.. thanks for the review. We really appreciate the candid honesty. Not every thing is always peaches and cream right. Anyway I am not familiar with your particular case but I would like to assure you that we do warranty trim when it is purchased. Sometimes we include vinyl trim for FREE. When we do that I would like to say that it is against our recommendation to install vinyl trim in Colorado the heat and the cold do a number on it and it bends and bows like crazy. We recommend wood vinyl trim it looks better installed and holds up better after it is caulked and painted. Additionally, we do not caulk, paint and finish trim that we install for free. We do sell finished trim packages and to my knowledge our competitors do not in fact most of our competitors do not offer free trim installation with their doors unless you work the deal out with them up front. We install the trim automatically for free unless you tell us that you don't want it. However, unfortunately it is not cost effective or reasonable for us to honor a warranty on something we don't believe will last and something that we did at a cost to us and free to the customer.. I hope this helps. We recommend wood vinyl finished package 12.00 /ft alone and 5.00 /ft with the door."
