Good overall service. The installer was on time and did a good job diagnosing and discussing options. No hard sales pitch. Had some problem with programing the door openers after he left, but when I called the company they were extremely helpful and walked me through it until I had them programed the way I wanted.

Ist installer was not familiar with garage door brand - had to look at instruction sheet for part ID. Once door came off track and hung - another the door would only open 2/3rds. 2nd installer (3 days later twecked and lubed door an blamed the installation on the structure of the garage. It works but still is quite noisy.
