"thanks for taking the time to rate us and share your experience. Did you know that we were the only company that posted our prices on our website? its been like that for 10 years. Other Companies will throw a price at you and when they find out we are in the garage their price quickly changes. I definitely understand where you are coming from though and if there is something that is going to keep the opener from working we absolutely will always recommend that you fix the door first. Some things we find out when servicing the door which is part of the opener installation and usually is preventative stuff and not vital to the operation of the garage door and opener at the time of installation. I hope this clears things up a little. thanks again for the opportunity and the rating."
