Great group of guys who worked on the housse. Because of covid it was a stressful timebut they managed expectations appropriately with some of the unavoidable delays in fabrication. I would work with them on any project that I have coming up!

Next step did a great job with our remodel. They completely transformed our space and were very professional to work with throughout the entire process. The crew was also very clean through the entire project. We would highly recommend using them and will plan on using them for any additional projects in the future

Daniel, Joseph, Alfredo and all the guys at Next Step Kitchens blew my husband and I away with the gorgeous kitchen remodel they delivered for us! The quality of work truly exceeded our expectations. Their client service from beginning to end was impeccable. Every single person we interacted with was so kind, respectful, and thorough. It's rare to find a balance between talent, skill AND service. They have a great team who clearly are pros at what they do. On top of all of that, pricing was very fair for our project. I'd recommend them and work with them again in a heartbeat.

The Next Step team was incredibly professional, transparent and efficient throughout our kitchen remodel. From initial introduction on the quote, through the design process in their showroom, all the way to final installation, we always felt like we were involved, informed and valued as customers. And most importantly, the quality of work is exceptional, particularly in areas where it matters most - backsplash, countertops, and finishing trim. And they finished the whole job in just over three weeks! Seriously can't rate these guys highly enough, absolutely no regrets.

The team at NSI was professional and helped me through the design and material selection, and kept me updated throughout the building process. They were easy to work and communicate with if I had questions or updates for them. They stayed on schedule and all of the work they completed turned out great. New kitchen and bathroom are very impressive.

I just completed my kitchen remodel with Next Step Innovations. Its been my dream to upgrade my very outdated kitchen for years. I had a bathroom remodel a couple of years ago and did not have the best experience, so I was very skeptical when it was time to do my kitchen. I had met with several kitchen design teams and decided to go with them because they had their specialists as part of their team. Waiting was not necessary if there was a need for a plumber, an electrician, or even an engineer as they are part of the crew. As it turns out, there was a need for an engineer to determine if one of the walls was a load-bearing structure that could affect the design. They created a beautiful design for my kitchen and considered my needs to make it work for me. Danny and Joseph were helpful during the selection of cabinets, stone, and tile (an overwhelming task), showing me different options on how they could enhance the look of my kitchen. There were a few hurdles along the way. They were quick to troubleshoot these issues without having to compromise the design. The crew was fantastic. They were considerate and asked for my input when I was home. They made sure that they cleaned up when they left for the day. Despite all the surprises, they were able to stay pretty much on the timeline that they proposed. I love my kitchen!!! I am so fortunatel that I was able to find Next Step Innovations to work with me on this project and making this remodel experience worlds better than my previous one.

NSI was a great company to work with. Not only did the kitchen come out looking beautiful, but working with the team was fantastic. Joseph and Danny were both incredibly responsive - we always knew where the project was, what was next and what decisions we needed to help make. They also responded immediately to every question and issue we found. They quickly corrected every concern we had - and weâ re picky! The quality of the finished product is impeccable - we are very very happy with our new kitchen. The owner of and designer for this company are personable and very talented. Once they knew the style that I wanted for my kitchen and bathroom redo, they were right on point with the design and suggestions for types of materials I should use. Communication with them was easy and timely. I love my new kitchen and I think it looks expensive and fits the style of my house. I would definitely recommend Next Step Innovations and would use them again for another project.

Very sloppy painting, got over spray on several items, other walls, etc. but was told "it's just part of the deal" when it comes to painting? Also had a brand new toilet clogged by their painter, they had to take our toilet off to remove a brush that was stuck in it. Very nice people, very average work.

NSI did a complete remodel for our small galley kitchen (cabinets, countertops, backsplash, floors, walls, ceiling, lighting, new electrical, etc.). They did a great job in the face of many unexpected challenges (e.g., ceiling and floor out of level in opposite directions, plumbing and electrical fixes needed). We are very happy with our new kitchen and definitely plan on using Danny and his team for our upcoming bathroom remodels!

If anyone would have told us that doing a full remodel of a main floor would be fun, I would have suggested they were crazy. But working with Next Step Innovations LLC was exactly that, and much more. Our remodel was no small task: Kitchen complete overhaul; recessed and pendant lighting throughout; taking down partial wall dividers; pushing up the height of the ceiling; paint the walls and ceilings; and hardwood floors installed, sanded, and stained throughout the main floor. The owner of Next Step Innovations LLC and his crew of experts in all different areas were supremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to have around for the duration of the project. We could not be more pleased with the results of their work, start to finish. If you are expecting a renovation to go perfect, please think again; we had our challenges. This house threw us a few curveballs at the start of this project. But it’s how Next Step Innovations LLC worked around these challenges, found solutions, and kept the project moving forward that made us realize how superior they were to others in this line of business. Did a total kitchen transformation. Turned a galley kitchen and dining space separated by a wall into an L-shaped kitchen with island. Turned out gorgeous! Daniel is very easy to work with and his team works fast! Handled unexpected issues with ease. Highly recommended!

We did a major kitchen remodel with Daniel (and his Dad). The kitchen looks great, and they worked with us on the little details to ensure they flowed nicely with the rest of the house. We only went over a couple days on estimated time, and slightly over on estimated cost. So expectations were set very reasonably. I will definitely use them again.

Delivered a WOW!! Great guys. Friendly, reliable & fast. When Daniel said he could do my kitchen in 3 weeks I was skeptical, but he really worked that fast. We ended up going just a few days over but add additional work to the project.
