Toni & Guy Hairdressing - Chapel Hills

I have $1800 dreamcatchers extensions. My salon is a long
ways off and I really needed a trim. They(salon) told me the person I was
getting was an expert. I wanted a trim! He said he'd texturize and take
off some heaviness. Fine. Good. The result is such a mess I either have
to cut my hair to a bob or replace my extensions. When ask if they could
fix it I said that. They just stared at me and walked away then. They
darn sure didn't offer to replace my extensions. I can't get photos to

AND they are a franchise so complaints? You are screwed. Corporate won't help.

I have ridiculously fine hair and it's very hard for people to get it right but Stephanie did an amazing job executing exactly what I wanted. Kelli did the color that was above and beyond better then anything I explained to her. She put highlight, lowlights, and my natural color back in. Both cut and color were done in a way that if I don't get done in a few months due to the 5 hours to get there it will still look nice. My hair looks and feels healthier. In addition to the cut and color the wash was magical, they really massage your head and it's more a spa experience. The staff was nice but not pushy on products, they were not over chatty but really made me feel listened to. They really took their time to get every detail done with a excellence that is rare this day and age. Due to the attention to detail it did take about 3 hours for everything but if you plan for a day to be pampered it's perfect. It's was a little pricey but completely worth it. I am very satisfied with the result and would plan another vacation around a haircut and color here.

Easy to make an appointment, but rare to get your preferred stylist for a same day appt.

Toni and Guy Hairdressing are great and are located in Parks Meadow Mall. You are treated really well no matter who you get there and you walk out looking nice. It's a chain and they have other places besides this one. They're awesome, but pricey and I wish they were a little bit lower. I have never had to go back to them and say, "I hate my hair and would you please fix it." I wish they were here, but there's only one place in Southern California that I like as well as them.
