This review pertains to how well Grout Doctor interacted with us. I won't get to see the actual results until I move to the house, hence, I have to give preliminary grade for the quality of the work at this time but have a high expectation that it will be 5-star. I had them seal all the grout in the floor and wall tile in my new home before we moved it, Anyway, super good communication thru the process. They measured the tile areas to be sealed. Other quotes just estimated the space. Clearly laid out and explained the options. Arrived and completed the work as planned. They the exact same grout color in their sealing process. One last bonus, I had forgotten to mention there was tile on the counter in the laundry room, They took care of sealing it anyway. Thanks, Matt!

Matt contacted me promptly. He gave me a reasonable estimate. I had to leave town on a family emergency, and he was understanding and worked with me to reschedule. He showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and left the area clean and as good as new. I would highly recommend the Grout Doctor.

The person who performed the work did a really good job. The price was by far better than the competitor who quoted me over $600 over the phone (without seeing the work), and wanted me to purchase the materials.

We had a very good experience with the service up until I got home to check his work. He was very polite, came on time and did the job in a short period of time. Unfortunately, I expected better results from him. The job looks ok, but in some parts the tile was cut in different sizes and it kinda throws at you. On a straight line he used 2 normal size and 2 small size plates (different sizes) instead of just using 3. Because of that it is very noticeable. When he left, he cleaned the working space. wish that he would have spent more time on getting same size tile.

I scheduled an appointment with Matt for an estimate and he arrived on time. He was professional and personable and answered all my questions thoroughly. We set a date for him to complete the project, and again, he arrived on time. He completed the job sooner than anticipated and even stayed longer than necessary to make sure the job was drying properly. The end result was stunning. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect job. He treated my house as if it were his own. I recommend him without reservation.

Matt, was very punctual, very polite and very efficient, which has not been my usual experience when hiring someone to do a home improvement job. He is a one man show but he takes his time and is very diligent on doing the job right and for an affordable price. He made our bathroom look like new and garnered praises from my wife - which does not come easy!
