Great. I was getting estimates and when I called Tom, he took the time to explain the difference between Water Heaters you can buy in the big box stores compared to the different grades available to the trades. He also went into the possible options when installing the water heater and did a pre-service call to better understand and accurately price the replacement. Easy to work with for scheduling and better priced than most of that I was getting back for estimates.

Amazing work!!! Thorough and very meticulous! Can't say enough about this company. If you want things done right and to a higher standard, call Tom and Eric Talmich. Will definitely keep them on my list to hire again! A job well done!

Tom was great to work with. He contacted me quickly after I submitted a request through Angie's List. He provided a clear overview of the work that he would perform along with pricing over the phone. He came out the next day for a site inspection and to provide additional details about the job. He took case of the plumbing permit and the work was done on time and very professional... and I'm very particular when it comes to quality work. Tom and his team are great and I will definitely be calling them in the future when we need plumbing work.

The guy who came was way to nosy. I showed him the downstairs where he could get to the plumbing and he decided to "look around" and continue to comment how "nice & big my house was". It was uncomfortable. Then he charged me an additional $90 for putting 2 new screws and calk on the other hose connection.

Great quality of work at a fair price! They showed up on time when they said they were going to. They were polite and courteous of the home. They took their shoes off upon entering the home.

Called to get a quote based on stellar ratings on Angie's list -- I had to leave a message. They called back later following day to setup an appointment to quote the job. We agreed upon a time to meet to show him the work, and I cleared my schedule. The day of the quote, I boarded my dogs, took time off of work, even opened up accesses to see the pipes in question so that the meeting could be efficient. He no-showed.....no calls. Nothing.

Great - they gave us great advice for remediation services that we could do ourselves to reduce some of the costs.

Talmich was able to come out and look at the leak the next morning, then they sent someone out that same afternoon to install the new water heater. They were very professional and quick.

Tom was honest and worked with me on the timing. His son and collleage came out immediately to give an estimate. I thought about it and since it was a good price and an American made water heater I went with them. The angie list ratings helped persuade me as well. The Talmich family seem honest and righteous which is important to me. The worked quick (the cold water was off like 30 minutes, and the hot for like IIRC about 1.5 hours). The unit looks very nice. Excellent work guys. My date of 4/4/2016 is a close guess since I forgot the date. Next time I need plumbing I know who I will be calling. May the Lord bless them.

Tom Talmich and his son is very polite, and punctual, and are reasonably priced. Once you have him scheduled, he will be there prompt and courteous, and will get the job done. My only minor complaint is the "once you have him scheduled" phrase in my last sentence....they are so busy sometimes they don't get back to you. But once you are on his docket...the job will be done competently and promptly. I will use Talmich and son for all my plumbing needs.

Very professional and integrity! Also very respectful and speedy work! Tom went out of his way to make the schedule work as we had no water when moved in the house. Highly recommended!!

Arrived on time. Came out twice, but only charge for one service visit. That was much appreciated.

I phoned the owner, Bob, on Friday mid-day regarding a serious leak in an upstairs bathroom that was coming through the living room ceiling and onto the carpet. Bob was professional and kind during this phone call, and set an appointment for Monday at 1:00. I explained that I would not be home until 12:30 that morning, and he said that was fine and that he would be here at 1:00 and take care of everyone thing because, "that's what we do". On Monday, I came home at 12:15 and saw that Bob had phoned earlier and asked me to return his call. When I returned the call he stated that since I didn't answer the phone earlier, he had sent his plumber to another job and they would get to me when they could. When I expressed my confusion and concern regarding our appointment time. He reprimanded me and said, "That's how service workers' work. I meant we'd be there between 1:00 to 2:00." He then told me to find someone else and hung up. I was stunned by the lack of professionalism or care, particularly since I had waited 3 days for his plumbing services with an active leak and wet damaged drywall. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

He gave me an estimate of the cost for replacement and there was no charge for the visit.

Tom was very fast to repsond to request for service. He had to travel a considerable distance up the side of Pikes Peak since the service was required at our house in Crystal Park. His review of the repairs was completed quickly, parts were ordered in an expedited per our request. The parts arrived within two days and Tom and his son were back up the mountain and completing our repairs before the end of the week.

They are very professional, reasonable and their service is excellent! They cleaned up after the work and left everything as it was. This was our second time using this company and we will use them in the future.

Tom answered my call right away and scheduled a time to come out same day and check my sump pump! Outstanding service, professional, polite, and very friendly. This is how all contractors should be!
