Paid to remove the popcorn ceilings, retexture ceilings to match walls. Gouges in drywall when scraping were not filled and sanded. Drywall paper was peeled when scraped, not patched or sanded. These issues were just painted over. No 1'x1' area looks anything like the next 1'x1' square. Ceiling looks water damaged, there is so much paint applied to it. We've now had 3 companies come out to quote on redoing the ceiling, and they've all agreed that it is not done correctly and is overall just poor work. I've never been so disappointed with service provided by a contractor in my life. I paid them the rest of the money just to get them out of my house because I do not trust them to be able to fix what they've done to our home. Beyond the ceiling, the house was left dusty throughout, ceiling mud was dripped on side walls that were then painted over, paint can be found on trim. Just an overall terrible experience, to the point that I grinned and beared it, and would rather pay another company to fix their problem then hope they can fix it. The quote seemed too good to be true, and it turned out to be.
