I took 7 bids, and settled on Rocky Mountain Climate. We had used Rocky Mountain for years, servicing our HVAC in two houses and a hot water tank install. Our salesman Bob spent a great deal of time evaluating what we needed to correct a number of our heating and cooling problems, put together a great plan and bid, and then was extremely patient in answering dozens of my questions/concerns. Phil led the installation team of three, plus the electrician over a 2 1/2 day install. Everything was done EXACTLY has Bob and Phil described at the outset of the project, and our uneven heating issues are over. The instal team was extremely professional, respectful, and neat. We could not be happier with the whole Rocky Mountain Climate experience. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Went great! Originally was just hired to hook up swamp cooler but over the winter the motor went bad. (Our fault we didn’t put the cover on) So they replaced that as well. Fast, easy, and affordable. Frankie was awesome too getting everything scheduled! Highly recommend them and will use their services forever!

Best experience I’ve had yet with an HVAC contractor. When they say they are family owned and operated they truly mean it. They made me feel like family as well. Very professional, punctual, price was more than fair and the tech Steven went above and beyond. Frankie in the office was top notch as well. Hope I don’t have to call again obviously but if I do need to, I’ll at lease be looking forward to it. If you don’t go here your gonna regret it. Thanks again for the A+++++ service you performed at my house.

Went well. Bob came and wrote our estimate and was personable and professional. Their price was good compares to others. They installed on the scheduled day. Afterward we noticed a loud noise each time the compressor started. They sent a tech same day but he was not able to resolve. Some time passed and I called them back. They sent the same tech and he installed a delay timer on the comp. This seems to have alleviated the issue. All in all they were pleasant and responsive. Would do business again.

Bob and Wayne were fantastic, from initial call to determine what would need to be done, to their personable demeanor on the job site! I didn't feel as though I had hired a company (although the professionalism was as if I had--and more), but rather a close friend/relative to do the job. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. I'm very thankful to have found this company and those guys!

I had my old furnace removed and replaced with a new one. Out of 3 bids I received Jason gave me the best deal. Jason was very thorough on explaining all the different furnace options and was always available when I had a question. Everyone I dealt with in this company, I had a great interaction with. If I remember his name correctly, Wayne was outstanding. He is a great asset to your company. I felt he always went above and beyond on his work and explaining things. Thanks again for the furnace install.

Everything went very well, the installers answered all my questions and were very professional. The job looks terrific, much better than the last install 20 years ago. The person that did the quote was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips. I would feel confident that if a problem arose these guys would be able to offer a solution.
