Great attention to detail.

Top-notch dealership! When I called for an appointment, they got me in the next day. Service manager greated me with a smile, gave me a tour of the dealership (was my first time there) and settled me in to the waiting area. Got my car back quickly, all washed and looking great. Fantastic dealership and people!

Red Noland Cadillac in Colorado Springs. I took my car there about a month ago. I have been going to them for twenty-five years, both my care and my wife's car was bought there. I wouldn't be going back if I wasn't satisfied with them. They are not only a car dealer but they are also personal friends. I get outstanding service I have absolutely no complaints.

The above work was done on my son's car, they had to keep it overnight, but they kept us in the loop all the way through. The customer service at Red Noland, and in this instance, Andrew, is superb. Then about a week later my son mentioned that he had an issue with the rear cup holder and I suggested he took it to Red Noland for them to check it out and see if he needed to order a new part. He called and they told him to come on over and they repaired it while he waited. Can't beat the service at Red Noland. Red Noland are first in customer service, they do great work and I am always satisfied. Andrew takes great care of us. As a family we have used Red Noland since June 2006 both for service and for car purchase. All experiences have been and continue to be first class.

When I purchased a Suburban at one of the local dealers the service was so bad that I have had it serviced for the past five years at Noland. It may cost a little more. However, you get what you pay for. It is the best GM service that I have found anywhere.

I drive 700+ miles to get my car fixed by them. They give you a free 29 point inspection. If you have to wait, their waiting area is wonderful. Customer service is a priority for them and the will go out of their way to provide alternate transportation if needed. They wash your car before giving it back. I have been very pleased. They saved my life a couple of times. My warranty has run out and I still use them. They treat with you with the same respect and quality of service whether you are in our out of warranty. I have been extremely pleased with this company and would buy a used car from them.

They did a good job fixing the belt and didn't even charge me for it. They have been very courteous and very attentive. They take care of me. I think they do an excellent job.

The car was pre owned but it looked beautiful. The test drive showed the breaks were off a little so they took care of them before we even picked up the car. We requested seat extenders as I am so short and they were there the next day. The staff are friendly and have followed up on the car which we are very happy with.

They have been very responsive and helpful.

Red Noland Cadillac has always done a great job when working on my car. I have had that same mechanic for many years and he has always been outstanding when doing any type of work for me. I think they are very good about being on time and the job is always finished in a timely fashion.
