Description of Work: Our sewer backed up into our laundry room, flooded laundry sorted on the floor, went into the hall, about a foot into our family room and under the adjoining walk into the bathroom. Olson's tech snaked the line from the stool out to the street. He left the bathroom better than he had found it! We couldn't have been more pleased. In fact, we put a note under our desk pad with Olson Plumbing on it and his name in case we need someone again!

Description of Work: This was for an estimate for a new gas hot water heater. On Feb 20, 2014, they were here for an estimate, the plumber said that he would send another man to complete the estimate the next day, which he did. The water heater is in a crawl space. This plumber said that they would call me sometime next week to give me an estimate on whether or not to go with an electric or to dig a new hole for a new upright water heater. I never heard from them again. I felt that they were dismissing my problem.

Description of Work: This company is prompt, honest and reasonable! I Trust them completely and have suggested them to everyone I know.

Description of Work: They were suppose to repair our boiler, after many techs, and many opinions on the problem, they messed everything up, the did not check to see if we had an open or closed system, it was open. This caused 1,000's of gallons of water to run out of the system, causing huge water bills (luckily) CSU covered most of it. They came out and closed the system, which caused more pressure in the upstairs radiator, this cause a week spot to spring a leak, which ran downstairs which ruined our dining room ceiling, which we have to pay to have fixed. We have had many discussions with Joel at Olson's he will not admit to any of it being their fault. I just had to have the same pressure relief valve replace (which they replaced) again last week to the tune of $180.00, which we had done by Wright's. I will never have) Olson's in my house again.

Description of Work: They came out to fix a leak in my water line. Cost was based on drive time to my house as well which took about 45 minutes. Not cheap but they did great quality work.

Description of Work: This company is excellent, in every way. From the time I first called, the lady who answered the phone was very polite as well as professional. And the repairman who cane out, was equally prompt and professional in every way. He explained that the burner was cracked, and answered all my questions, in a professional manner. He also arranged for their Service Estimator, Alex Allen, to come out and talk to me. All I can say about Alex Allen is that he must be God sent, as he made an uncomfortable situation, only more acceptable. He also answered all of my questions in a prompt, clear, and professional way. He explained my choices of furnaces, as well as when it would be put in, all to my total satisfaction. Now the installer, Warren Richardson, I feel, was also God sent, as he arrived on schedule, and with a minimum disturbance, removed the old furnace, and installed the new one in an excellent manner. Mr. Richardson tool the time to explain, in detail, about my new furnace, and even came back for work, that I thought was above and beyond, a normal installation, with out any additional cost... My over all experience, price, and quality is nothing but "AAA", and Olson's responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism, is also nothing short of "AAA”

Description of Work: Olson is excellent with older boiler systems. We have had several issues with ours and they have reccommended things to do to imrpove our system. They are very courteous and responsive during service calls and take the time to explain what they are doing and why they're doing it.
