Knowledgeable, Professional, Quality workmanship. These terms all apply to the crew at Muffler Masters. Would I use them again - yes. Be aware, they are not cheap, but then you get what you pay for.

Called the day before to bring in the Jimmy for an estimate. Estimate was provided over the phone and confirmed the next morning when I brought the car in. The service was performed for the estimated price within the promised time which was within approximately one hour.

I needed to replace the muffler on my 04 Dakota. I recieved a couple of quotes, buy my main concern was quality/reliability so while looking for reviews I came across Angies List and found Muffler Masters. I drove up to get a quote, waited a couple of minutes they told me $160 out the door. I made an appointment the next day. Dropped the truck off, went and ate at the next door McDonalds and played on my Ipad with the wi-fi. 45 minutes later I got a call saying my truck was ready! Very courteous, fast, honest. I was very impressed and satisfied.

Mike gave us priority since we were in the process of selling the car he repaired. The deal would not have been consummated had not he given us such personal attention.

Polite, honest, and fast. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They replaced my battery and didn't try to sell me a bunch of junk I didn't need. Great experience and nice folks -- Jake was what you wish all service people were like.

He was completely honest. If I have another muffler issue, I would definitely take it back to them. I went there Monday morning and they took a look at it. They fixed it and didn't charge me for anything. They said the gasket had a leak and it could cause me to have more problems. They fixed it and charged me $35 for it. I was expecting a bill of $100. They are just honest people. They are really good. He showed me the gasket and the screw. He showed me things that had to be done in the future and not right now. His responsiveness was really good. They were punctual. They took my car right in and they were done with the work in just twenty minutes. I would use their services again in the future.
