"Hi [Member Name Removed], it truly was a sincere pleasure working on your project! You knew exactly the design that you wanted you convey that and I’m so happy we built it to your satisfaction! Working for you and your family now has truly been the highlight of our year and we deeply appreciateall the projects we have completed for you guys!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], thank you for reaching out to us regarding the work performed at your house. We’re so sorry that you had a skiing accident and your physical ailment impeded your ability to navigate this process. Although we tried desperately to work with you, going above and beyond by helping out at the house, you were not capable of handling the stress of this simple project. Therefore, that is why we decided to part ways with you, not ask for any money above the initial deposit, which did not cover our costs and leave the project unfinished. We do hope in the future when you work with a contractor, you present yourself as a reasonable, amenable, and rational person. Because of your accident you asked us to perform many aspects of the project that were not originally included, which we did willingly. However, because of your display of rude behavior, our team decided to not continue working at your home. We certainly wish you well and hope you recover from your accident. Moreover, we hope you find someone who can complete this project for you when you are in a better frame of mind."

"Thank you so much [Member Name Removed]! We loved working for you! All the guys loved your sense of humor, and your high expectations, as evidenced by the armoire you built. Like I said, “You’re hired”! Thank you again for the opportunity!"
"Hey guys, I really appreciate your flexibility in getting the zoning worked out! I know it wasn’t easy getting all those variances but you guys were awesome we got it done and I’m so happy you guys loved that. I love the color scheme and I’m so excited you’re going to be able to use it all summer long. Thanks again for being such wonderful customers and I will tell you everybody enjoyed working for you!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], it was a pleasure rebuilding your basement. I know there were a ton of problems with the existing plumbing and that extended the time frame a great deal but we worked hard to overcome those. The finished product does look great I agree. You now have a fantastic space but not only meets code but is warm and done correctly. I’m sorry we had all those problems with the plumbing that was original to the house but that stuff needs to be addressed. I certainly appreciate you’re very high standards, which I know we met, and I know the flexibility on our part to make the basement aesthetically appealing given the required vents and the caps required for you to adjust your basement wall anchors, and building the trim so it can be removed so you can check the drain because the basement floods. I know you wanted a different floor but because you have so many water problems over there we just cannot accommodate your request for tile. I know you’re not happy with carpet but there’s no way we could put tile in the basement. So I apologize those things that you want to we could not give you due to code or deficiencies in the home but overall I agree the place looks awesome! And I appreciate your hard remarks on how we were able to integrate the new space to the old and how well the bathroom was done. I also know you appreciate how we had all of that plumbing inside soffits that look natural and seamless. Like I had said when we started I want to give your renters a space that they deserve. That’s what we do. Thank you for the work!"
"Dear [Member Name Removed], it has been an absolute pleasure working for you. You guys were great and I just can’t get over how great the place looks I know we built it but it was your design and your style and your idea and that really made it looks so much better!"
"This home had previously been remodeled by an unlicensed contractor. There were so many structural, electrical, plumbing problems, we basically had to tear down the upstairs of the house. When you run into that level of problems, unbeknownst to us since these issues were covered by the walls and ceiling. The gravity of the problem far exceeded common sense safety, When those problems surface, they are going to extend the timeframe and the price of the project. No matter how many times you explain this to some homeowner they still think the original timeframe and price of the project stands. However, we will never abandon a project, and we will always adhere to our value statement: there are two ways to do things-right, or again. The customer nicknamed me “The Archaeologist,” because I found so many deficiencies caused by past remodelers. I will fix these issues, even to the peril of not being paid, because it is the right thing to do. Leaving shoddy or dangerous work because it isn’t my problem is not what we are about. We finished the project, fixed the problems, and in the interest of fairness, the customer did eventually pay in full. Furthermore, poly blend grout has had a problem with effervescence and we went back twice with two different types of cleaners recommended by the manufacturer to fix the problem. More evidence, that professionalism and service is paramount with us. The true test of a company is not when the project is easy, but is when the every facet of a job presents a challenge. We stick by our values, and I am proud of my team and the job we did."
"I explained to Miss [Member Name Removed] that her house is situated in an area called hillside. Hillside is a designation by the city. If your house is in Hillside you are very limited in what you can and cannot do. She insisted on having her boyfriend build a patio below the deck. This patio caused several problems from me because a patio was not supposed to be built there. Her boyfriend took several months to complete the project, which negatively impacted our timing. I can’t build a deck with people below me working on a patio. The project got behind by several months due to that and weather. This deck passed code inspection and if you go on my website you will see pictures of its quality, which is exceptional. We tried in vain to work with Miss [Member Name Removed] and the timing of the patio but because I had no control over that piece of the project, The project was delayed. Additionally, Miss [Member Name Removed] did not want take responsibility for the extend the time frames. However, we still finished the project and got it done for the price that I had originally quoted her. Lastly, in the pictures you can see the patio is still not finished."
