Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Colorado Springs

I have used Mr Rooter Of Southern Colorado for the past 7 years and I find them to be amazing. The plumber that they sent out was really thorough and he made sure that all my faucets and showers were working. I get a lot of sand coming into my house and the system gets clogged. He put in a water filter for me so that it can collect the sand before it comes into my house. He unclogged everything. I had a kitchen faucet which was leaking nonstop. He did a great job. He was cleaning my toilet as well and he cleaned out my tank as well so that it can work well. They set down the little door mat and then cover their shoes with booties and then come in. The last two guys that they have sent have just been very thorough and in fact the first guy was John and the second guy who came was John's boss to do the work. I was very pleased with them.

I went with them because they had done a clean out of the sewer prior to that in January. I've had a lot of work done with them this year. They discounted from the cost of the clean out and took that off the price. They were able to get access to the pipes from outside the house so I had to put down a down payment. They arranged for financing for a year so I don't have to pay interest. They were very prompt and they were thorough. They were able to explain the situation to me thoroughly. Their knowledge of their service was good. They performed a necessary service in a very efficient and knowledgeable way.

Shane is absolutely awesome!!! He was knowledgable, capable and friendly - very professional. We had him do more work than we originally planned because he was so good and instilled confidence. Sue from the office took great care of the coordination and even made a follow-up call to make sure everything went well :-). Simply a great plumbing experience.

A water heater was not working and I could not re-light the pilot light. Mr. Rooter came within and 1/2 hour and diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermocoupler which they replaced. If you have used this company in the past they give you and discount and if you got to them through Angie's List there is a coupon they honor. So the cost of labor and parts was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

xcellent advice and service. i had used another service who tried to snake my waste line, but the roots were too bad. the snake just wouldn't cut through it. i then thought i had a much bigger problem and that my sewer tap would need to be replaced (which can cost $5-10,000). finally called mr rooter. instead they convinced me that the problem wasn't so dire, and that i could probably get away with just cleaning it every year or two. they told me that a snake wouldn't do it and they would use a water jet. i still have a 100 year old clay tile waste pipe, but it drains fine now. problem solved. they scoped it to look for other damage and determined where it was routed in the ground. very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mike showed on time and provided the service required in a timely and professional manner. We are pleased with his service every time.

Fantastic work. Tried to clean out my sewer line. Spent hours on a Saturday evening working on it. The pipe was completely blocked and starting to collapse. They were able to replace the line without digging up my yard using the new trenchless replacement system. I know have a 50 year guarantee of my entire sewer line.

The plumber came a few minutes before scheduled time! He called first and was very pleasant. He unclogged the drain easily and explained how we can avoid having the problem in the future. He also checked other plumbing in the house as a courtesy. Very professional!

We discovered the flood at 6:00 PM Sunday night and I called and owner answered on 3rd ring and dispatched his on-call person who arrived at 8:30 PM, unclogged the drain and got everything working again.

The tub would not drain. I called 4 companies. One called within the hour and set the appointment. One other called, but wanted outrageous trip charge and wasn't that interested in setting appointment. Mr. Rooter, called back and was able to move up the arrival time. The plumber was polite and nice. Got the job done and went the extra mile without raising the price. Two other Angie's Lists plumbers didn't even bother to return the call. Mr. Rooter turned out to be the only option and they were a good option.

BJ came out at 10:30 Pm to check the leak. Determined it could be fixed next day. BJ was here at the 7:30 Am promised time. Heater replaced quickly, professional run down of operations and next steps.

Excellent. He showed me the tack strip and documented for hardwood installers as to their responsibility in causing problems.

They were OK. There was nothing outstanding. The price and quality were good. I would use this provider again.

Very well. BJ and his helper were very clean and crisp in their uniforms. On time, personable but not too chatty. Just right. Well priced for the service. Found a pump with a 5 year warrenty which the old one did not have. We are very pleased.

The plumber was patient, professional, and kind. My little dogs where barking at him practically the whole time. He just laughed and tried to pet them. He was so patient even though the little ones where being bad. I am sure listening to my dogs was not a pleasant experience. He just took it all in stride. The plumber finished the work in about an hour. The finished product was wonderful. The plumbing looked great and the vanity was even fixed which we did not ask him to do. I would call these people any time. This company is tops with me! I do not think I would ever use anyone else.

They no longer service mobile homes, but they did for us. He had to take the whole toilet out to get to the bone. He was so patient with us. They stopped dealing with mobile homes because they had been bitten earlier by critters underneath, but since we had used them earlier they worked for us again. I told the guy that if they had to go underneath the trailer then I will go there first. I would rate them high overall. They went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again.

They were quick. My friend's basement had flooded out, and she currently is currently deployed to Iraq. I had her partner come out and take a look at what the issue was. He was able to identify it. He turned the water off to the house. We are still working with insurance with the billing issues. They were able to identify the problem and give me a cost estimate. Their price was very reasonable for the work that they did. The gentleman who came out was very thorough with the inspection.

Mr. Rooter responded quickly to a call on a Saturday and had someone out at my house within a couple of hours. Their representative was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I would recommend them for fixing blocked drains.

I would not give him a good rating. The main problem was that he did not do a thorough job of cleaning our lines and week after we had a serious sewage backup. He came out and tried to clear the line, and he could not do anything. It turned out that we had to dig the yard and fix the sewage system. He recommended his own company to do that job as well. We found out that the price they quoted us was double of what others would charge, and we could not afford it. When he got to know this he was very rude and left. The charge for rooting was like the others.

He came at agreed time and performed job efficiently. He was pleasant and answered questions.

I accidentally dropped a cleaning rag down my toilet and a couple days latter the drains started to back up. I called them and they showed up when they said they would. I have old cast iron pipes and no clean outs which made it very difficult to get to the rag. They went out of their way to get the rag out without having to do more extensive plumbing work. I felt they were trying to do the job without costing me more they the initial estimate was for. I would definitely call them again if I a plumbing emergency.
