Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
Sold me a wedding band, then kept it and our other ring for engraving. When we picked up, the ring box was switched, and we received nothing but an empty box. When we complained, the store, and their corporate headquarters, said it was not their problem and refused compensation.
Update - It's now five months from the theft, and Kay Jewelers continues to send us junk emails to sell us stuff, even after I requested no more emails be sent to us.
Update - They now seem unable to stop sending us junk email. Claims it takes 60 days to turn them off. It's been over 45 days, and the junk emails keep coming.
Update - It's now over six months later, and the junk mail keeps coming. They have excuses why it can't be stopped, but it's just incompetence, adding insult to injury sending me mail trying to get more business after they stole my ring.
