Description of Work: The hot water heater went out and they replaced it. They installed a drip pan to avoid any flooding in the future. Since it was off-season, I had them install C/A for the house, as well. They did all the work in one day and we were very happy with the results.

Description of Work: They inspected and tuned a furnace, central air conditioner and gas fireplace. The young man who performed the service was very conscientious and professional. They also provided a summary of the condition of each of the systems.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $192 for a Furnace and Air-Conditioner Tune-Up for a property of mine in Colorado. I wasn't there at the time of service, but as best as I can remember all went well.

Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of all air vents and duct system and annual furnace check by second certified employee. Total job took 6-7 hours. They were prompt and courteous and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend their services.

Description of Work: Carlos was awesome, friendly and professional. Service was great! The $95 service charge I wax quoted was higher than I had expected; but I was informed of this before I set the appointment and agreed to it. In the end it was worth it. Carlos took time to share a lot of good information when he arrived and while he serviced the water heater. The charge for the replacement part with labor was $84 which was comparable to what I researched online ($10 to $20 for thermocouple & upwards of $75 labor). Ultimately $174 was less than what I'd researched online, which was upwards of $250, and there was no tax charge. Now I'll wait to see how much life we get out of the part! Although I realize there are no guarantees above and beyond the 30-day warranty, I'll be happy if It last a couple or three years!

Description of Work: I had them come out to service my fireplace. Paid exactly what they estimated and received a discount for a furnace tuneup.

Description of Work: Updated existing furnace and installed an air conditioner. The technician that came out to give the estimate showed up promptly and laid out what they would do. They gave us a couple different unit option estimates and location/placement of the new air conditioner unit. This company came back with the lowest price after having another competitor estimate done. After we scheduled the work the installers showed up early and completed the work professionally i.e. they cleaned up the work areas and gave us directions for using the new thermostat controlling the heater and a/c units. Everything passed the electrical and mechanical permit inspectors inspections.

Description of Work: Brent was my repairman. The "flap" on my heater wasn't closing and prevented the fan/heat from operating. He opened it up and cleaned it out and cleaned a few other items. He was here less than an hour. I also love getting to use a coupon. Thank you for this service, Angie's list--and thank you, Home Heating for yours. A+ experience!
