It went very well! Big job, done in three days. Roofing crew very hardworking and professional. Their teamwork was outstanding along with great communication with themselves and the customer. Tom Hennessey and Ian Simon were very involved as owner and assistant. We are extremely happy with the results!

Tom was great to work with from beginning to end. Quick responses, friendly, knew what to look for and great price. We had some recent hail and a water leak where our upstairs bath is. After inspecting inside and out he determined it was coming from the skylight. Tom got the skylight on order and about a week later Tom came over and replaced it. I really like Tom's attention to detail when on the roof. He used sealant to seal up screw penetrations. While he was up there he also resealed some pipe flashings and other flashings. Little things like go a long way with wanting to refer him. I didn't know that those areas needed to be resealed but he did and took care of it. I would recommend Hennessey RFG!

Tom is a good listener and didn't try to upset me. I got two other quotes and felt Tom gave me fair price for the product. He thoroughly explained the best quality I could get within my budget and offered a solution. I got another quote after his and returned to him because of excellent customer service and owner hands on involvement. His crew arrived on time, completed the job in one day and cleaned up the property thoroughly. I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend Hennessey Roofing to friends and family.

The process was quick and easy with a good number of staff working on the roof. They were polite and efficient, and took care to clean up after finishing. All my questions and concerns were answered with respect and were educational.

Was the only guy who showed up who had a plan and knew what to do. Showed up on time as promised and completed the work as promised. Roof stopped leaking.
