Matt called us as we were heading to Home Depot to buy a water heater. I answered even though I did not recognize the number. So nice, informative. Called him back with a question. He was able to help the same day. Done! Everything was clean. GREAT JOB!

Great experience, I inquired about service on a Sunday morning for a leaking water heater. Matt was cleaned up and gone by 4:00 Monday. He replaced the hot water heater, brought everything up to code for the agreed upon price. Matt was polite and courteous, kept everything neat and clean. Very impressed.

I called Fitz-U Plumbing and spoke with the owner Master Plumber Matt Fitzhugh regarding replacing a broken water heater. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and scheduled the work for the next morning. Matt showed up on time with the replacement water heater and got right to work. Matt was very professional and completed the job and cleaned up the area better than how he found it. He also fixed some mistakes the previous homeowner made. I highly recommend Matt for any plumbing needs.

They were great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were a few hours late BUT even then he gave me an exact time not a range. He was great and got the job done at a very competitive price.

Matt turned out to be a neighbor. Very likeable! Came and bid installing a new water heater within 2 days of my request and work was completed 2 days later. We're going to hire him to put in our bathtub in a couple weeks. I would certainly recommend him!!!

Great team and quality work!

We got a new gas line installed because we swapped our electric range for gas. During the estimate, he noticed our water heater had a pinhole leak. He educated us on the lifespan of the water heater and priced out some options. He didn t pressure us on it, which was nice. We ended up getting a water heater and the gas line. Overall experience was positive and we will absolutely use them again for future projects.
