I've used them for past three or four years.

The tires I wanted were in stock and I was able have them installed immediately.
I used the Stetson Hills store.

Staff is pleasant, service is speedy. However, on a few occasions their courtesy checks have resulted in recommendations to get some additional work done, but shops I went to for a second opinion told me there was no problem.

Car wouldn't start over Labor Day weekend. On Sunday, I went into the Firestone around the corner from where the car was parked. They were busy and couldn't send anyone around the corner to look at the car. So I made an appointment for Labor Day, surprised that they were open.
Technician came to the car and got it started with a charging machine. Took the car to the shop and did an electrical check. Determined the old battery was worn out and replaced it.

I used this Firestone to get a new set of tires. I called them to make the appointment and brought my car in. When I brought my car in, they realized that they only had 2 of the tires I was wanting. They were very apologetic about this mistake and said that the tires would have to be sent down from their Denver store. To make up for it, they offered an additional discount. It took almost 4 days to get the tires because it was a holiday weekend. Once they came in, they were very quick to inform me and had my car complete within about an hour and a half. They even hooked me up with a discounted oil change and offered to give me a discounted rate on an alignment service. All in All, I was very satisfied with their efforts and the quality of work done. I would recommend them to anyone interested.

I have been takng our famly's vehicles to this Firestone store for many years. They are very honest, professional and competent, and if you have a problem or complaint they will work with you. They are not likely to be the lowest-cost provider however, at least as repair and maintenance services.
