David and his team did a wonderful job on our floors a year or so ago. At the last minute, we decided to put laminate in our mudroom because we had a new washer and dryer coming in. Not only did David find time for the install, he was courteous, professional, and on time. I highly recommend this company for doing any flooring work. (I also included a photo of the stairway work he did previously. Awesome job!!!)

This is the second time we had David install for us. He did such an amazing job the first time we had no reservations hiring him again. He is professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced. He is truly an expert in his field. Our floor looks beautiful. Another job well done.

David is very professional and is very committed to making his customers happy with his work.  We bought the bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators and they recommended David for installation.  The installation went well and we are very happy with all aspects of David's work.  A few months after installation, gaps appeared between some of the boards (floating "click" boards - no nails).  We called David about this.  It appeared that the product began to shrink and a number of boards pulled away from their adjacent pieces or the baseboards. 

This occurred even though the bamboo sat inside our house for over a month to become "acclimated" to our inside-the-house climate.  David went around and fixed a number of these gaps.  A gap in the hallway and one in the kitchen were fairly large (1/2 inch).  We weren't sure what to do with these so they were not fixed.  We waited another few months to see if more gaps appeared.  After this, we called David back again and he came back to install some thresholds and repair the big gaps we'd left unfixed previously.  This required him to take up about 15 feet of a hallway and the back door foyer area. 

It took about 1/2 day for David and his assistant to make these repairs and he did this free of charge. I have no problem with David's installation or responsiveness when we called with problems.  It would appear that the bamboo "click" floating floor is the problem for this dry Colorado climate.  I believe this particular product should not even be sold in dry climates because bamboo grows in the tropics and contains a lot of moisture.  When the moisture leaves the boards, they shrink and "unclick" from each other causing gaps in the flooring (even after a long period of acclimatizing in the house).  

David was great at the installation and at subsequent repair visits (which were not his fault).  He is friendly, shows up on time, cleans up each evening and did not charge us for work which I believe was not caused by him.  He pays particular attention to detail and I would highly recommend him for all your wood flooring needs.

On the most part it went well.  I am pleased with the overall job and look of the floor.  The floor layer seemed to be a bit distracted and didn't get as far as I thought he should the first day.  However, the job was finished on time as promised.

David was great to work with. It was a 2 day job and he was on time each day. Great job and they cleaned up after they were done. Helped me move furniture. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a lot of experience with woodworking and had very high expectations for this job.  I've waited quite a few years to convert from carpet to hardwood, and was quite selective about both the product and the installer. When I called Lumber Liquidators to set up the estimate for the installation, I specifically requested their best installer.  I knew that this type of hardwood is extremely hard and very difficult to install.  David Dunlap, the owner, explained the process in advance and kept me informed about various issues that arose.  I watched the whole process very carefully from start to finish and was extremely impressed with the expertise of the workman.  The finished product was even better than I expected.  I think they went to extra pains to see that I was satisfied. I will definitely use his company if I want to convert other rooms to hardwood flooring.

Very prompt and professional in quoting and actual work. They show up early and work very hard. One of the best things is they take lunch in shifts so someone is always working. I was amazed at how fast they got the old floor out and new floor in. At the end of day one the entire old floor was gone and roughly 1/3 of the new floor was in. They were done in 2 1/2 days. I would highly recommend them for any flooring job.

They were quick and finish when they said that would be.  David worked with us to make sure we were getting the best quality and service.

They were very prompt in getting estimates so that I knew exactly what materials to order.  Since I had a smaller project, they were able to fit me in within the week, and did an excellent job.  The gentlemen who did the actual installation treated me and my home with respect.  I would definitely use them for further projects.

David called to tell us that he would come to Pueblo from Colo. Springs in the early morning to install the floor. We had exchanged emails so he knew what to expect. He and his assisstant arrived exactly when they were expected, and went to work as soon as they had all their equipment set up. In less than 3 hours, they were finished with the floor as well as the clean up and their trailor was packed and ready to leave. They were effecient and professional; all questions were answered and advise on care of the floor was given. We could not be happier or more satisfied with their work and the floor in general.
