The first mistake that was made is that they gave a quote over the phone. I had a professional drawing of work to be done but they said it didn't match up to their square footage. They did the work but missed some important things for inspection. After my inspection failed, after some discussion they did come back and make it right. My overall experience was stressful but I'm giving them 4 stars because they did make the situation right.

Eric's guys did an excellent job. They fulfilled all of my additional small requests (on top of what was included in the quote) which I came up with as they were working. They worked efficiently, were clean, and prepared. I would definitely recommend Front Range Installers to anyone looking for a great quality of insulation job for a very reasonable / competitive price in the Denver area.

Very professional presentation. Informed us about rebate and had the necessary paperwork filled out to speed up process of putting in for rebate.

I worked with the owner directly throughout the process and he was very willing to work with me and answer all of my questions. They did have to reschedule my installation due to over booming, however I do not hold that against them with the installation demand this time of year. The techs that came out were quick and tried not to make a mess all over. With the big hose they must drag to entry points it is almost a given their will be some small mess to clean up, but that doesn't bother me as long as I receive fast friendly service.

The installers arrived on time and were respectful to me and my home. They explained what they were going to do and were finish in a few short hours. I'll recommend them to my friends and coworkers!

Had a machine failure but made it good by coming back another day and giving me a little extra insulation.
