We were very happy with the service. The owner of the franchise even came out and measured the window for us so it went very smoothly. I would highly recommend the company. I'm sure we'll use them in the future.

Scott came out and did an estimate and I needed to decide between him and a competitor. When I got a thank you note from him and the competitor wasn't returning my phone calls, I went with Budget Blinds. I asked him to come out a second time just to make sure we were on the same page with everything and he did it gladly! He was easy to work with and very friendly! He even took his shoes off before walking in my house! When the blinds came in, I was contacted and Julian promptly came out to do the install. He was friendly and did it efficiently. I also ordered new window cranks and they have done a great job following through with those. Budget Blinds called when someone would be 15 minutes late and they have been super easy and pleasant to work with! I would definitely recommend them!!! They even sent a second thank you note! You don't find appreciation like that anymore!!!

When we bought our home, it had no window coverings whatsoever because all windows had been replaced.  Scott and company helped us choose appropriate coverings for all our windows, even making suggestions for ways to decrease our costs when we had suggested something more expensive.  They gave us honeycomb shades for the same price as single cell pleated shades when we asked for honeycomb rather than single cell shades.  They showed us all our options with shutters, which can be expensive, and even offered to find a shutter which would match the existing shutters.  Later, when the installed honeycomb shades were rubbing the walls of the window frames and we were afraid it would eventually knock off the orange peel finish, they actually shaved down the plastic end caps that fit into the assembly at the bottom of the shades to allow for a bit more room when the shades were moved up and down.  They told us that, especially on blackout shades for bedrooms, they always try to measure shades as close as feasible so that as little light as possible comes through at the edges.  And, if shaving down the plastic end caps did not solve the problem, then entirely new shades would be ordered for each of the ones which rubbed.  Thankfully, shaving the pieces down did solve the problem.  Although our window coverings cost about double what we were expecting to pay (It has been a long time since we purchased window coverings.), we were extremely pleased with the quality of the products Budget Blinds sells, and with their customer service.
