I asked if there was hail damage and if I should put in a claim for the roof. The estimator said that there was hail damage, and suggested that I should put in a claim. When the insurance adjuster came, he said that there was only a little damage. I contacted the estimator, and he said that he can go over and take pictures, mark everything, and re-submit it to the insurance company. He said it would be a couple more weeks, and I said that was fine. A month passed and I heard nothing. I sent another email to follow up, and heard nothing. I was planning to have them replace the roof based on a lot of good reviews on Angie's list, so I haven't been trying to work with anyone else after they stopped keeping their commitments and stopped following up with me. But now I am concerned that if they are not going to be professional with their follow up, I wonder how professional they would be with a roofing job. I would still be interested in potentially going with them, but I am not hearing from anyone. UPDATE: Brian came and helped finish the process. The claim was approved, and I received a new roof and gutters and just had to pay my deductible. The work was quality, so I am now satisfied. It took the owner getting involved, but he did get it done. Thanks!

The workers were very organized, they did a great job. Unfortunately they screwed our skylights shut! Oops. But they came back and removed the screws! I recommended them to the neighbors across the street and and they were happy with the company also.

The office staff was great to work with. She sent me a list of homes that I could go look at when deciding what kind/color of roof to go with. I was also able to pick up samples of gutter color which was also great. The roofers were fast and did a wonderful job - no complaints! The gutter guys though I was not as impressed with. They left gutter scraps and one whole piece of gutter at the house. They had to come back and fix a couple things as well. They weren't awful but I just like it when workers do a thorough job cleaning up after themselves!

We are first time home buyers and have had a difficult experience. In the last week our roof started leaking, the water heater went out, and a pipe just burst in the crawl space. When we purchased our home seven months ago we noticed stains on the ceiling but we were assured it was previous damage due to hail. Recently we noticed the stains were getting bigger and found Brian Pierce Roofing on Angie's List. After the inspection we were quoted a very reasonable price to repair the roof that was leaking due to shoddy workmanship from the contractor who replaced the roof before we purchased it. Originally, we were scheduled for Brian Pierce Roofing to come out in November, but due to recent heavy rainfall they came out early and we are so happy with the job they did. After rain last week the stains turned into a heavy leak right over our home computers. Due to the slope of our roof Brian Pierce Roofing could not put up a tarp so they chose to come out right away and I am so very grateful. I would highly recommend them and plan to have them replace the whole roof in the near future.

Not sure how this is going to work out but we are hoping for better communication. Being that we intend replace the roof entirely within the next 18 months once we free up some capital, I would hope some roofing company will show a sense of importance towards these kind of repair issues.

The Estimator showed up 30 minutes late, no phone call. His first inspection was incomplete, he didn't inspect the whole roof. I had him reinspect the roof, especially the 3 part shingles (used on the flat surface of a mainly tile roof). He said the shingles were fine. Photos from a prior inspection show that the shingles were not ok. I never received an estimate. Used the first estimate (from Holladay Grace).

Anticipating a hefty charge for re-routing of gutters that were leaking onto the driveway every winter, causing standing ice, Brian immediately assessed the problem and tweaked my existing gutters without charging any extra costs. This was a first for us, given that Brian went out of his way to come to our residence and spend his resources and time, and then completed the entire job to our satisfaction. We will use and recommend Brian and his company to everyone we know. Thanks!

They did not follow through with the work that they said they did. I had to contact them to follow-up as the guy was late getting to my home and then he was supposed to come out on a Saturday and then they said he would come on a Monday as the person was not in the office. They never came and then I called later that week and they said the work was already done. I had roof damage due to hail damage and the company that repaired the roof later that year said no repair work had been done and everything was original to the home. This company cannot be trusted.

They did a great job. Very polite. Gave us some ideas on what things may need to be done in the future but didn't push anything. Would call them again.

Service was excellent - the service provider was punctual and performed the job quickly but also thoroughly and without sacrificing quality. The final bill came in as originally quoted although the worker providing the service said it may have exceeded the original $150 quote somewhat.

They were excellent. It was really good from the beginning to the end. We had somebody else out and it was $300 more but when I found Brian Pierce in Angie's List and I had them come out to do an estimate and they did the work 2 or 3 days later. Everything was really good with them. I would recommend them because of their professionalism and timeliness.

Brian himself came out to do the estimate and was able to work with us on pricing. They were not the cheepest quote we got, but we liked Brian, and felt comfortable with their company and warranty. We also liked the type of shingle they would be installing. They told us we were on the schedule for delivery on Wed, and work to be completed on Thurs and Friday before a storm was to come in on Sunday. Nothing showed up on Wed so we grew concerned and called them Thurs morning. They told us that everything had gotten pushed back a day and completion would be on Saturday. We were fine with this but would have appreciated some notice. Again, on Saturday, after waiting around for a few hours in the morning, I called them to see when they might be arriving to finish the gutters. At that time, I was told that the guys didn't want to work on Sat. so they would come sometime the next week. The professional thing to do would be to let us know this upfront so the customer is not waiting and wondering. I was not overly impressed with the quality of work the guys did, but honestly I do have high standards. They came back and patched over a few things as requested, but it still feels as though it was sloppily done. I do think the company stands behind their warranty and that if I did want to be a pain and ask for a few more fixes they would probably come out and make the adjustments.

From setting up the bid to the completion of the project wasfantastic. The quality of work and professionalism was great. I recommend to all ,at least get a bid and see for yourselfBrian company. Brian you have a awesome team. I was able to setup a same day appointment at the end of the day, Brian was already there and had completed the measurements. I received the bid within two hours after we finished. They were able to schedule me within a week to complete the job. The crew had everything cleaned up and removed when I got home that day. Brian and his team were very responsive. They came. T out to our home the same day we called and provided us a reasonable estimate. They then repaired the roof the next day. Brian and his team were extremely easy to work with and provided great service.

Excellent. They showed up after major snow storm and completed the job despite facing issues with the snow! The work is of very high quality and the price is unbelievable. They even did some additional work on the downspouts without charging extra!

Have used this company several times for gutter cleanings. They are punctual, do a good job, and are reasonably priced.

It was good. He cleaned my drains out after he did the roof maintenance. He went above and beyond. They showed up on time. They did what they were supposed to do. He cleaned my drains, knocked that stuff loose for me. Everything was good and quick. They were in and out.

After rescheduling three times, the guy showed up and only worked on the rood for less than 15 minutes. I called the company and they sent the roofer back to replace some damaged shingles (part of the deal I purchased) but he let me know he wasn't happy about coming back. We had a leak in the addition of our house that he didn't even look at even though I showed it to him. They came out week later to give us an estimate on fixing the leak. I got a one sentence email with a quote for $3500 to fix the leak. We decided to get other bids at that point.

They were very good. We paid them extra to seal both gutters. A couple of them leaked afterwards, because it's hard to get them to seal when it's snowing, and they came back out and fixed them again without any charge. They were always very responsive. They came out and gave a quote for what we wanted. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. We're very happy with them. Every corner of our house they sealed. They even came out and started from scratch again. What had been done there before, they came out and took all that off and resealed it without any extra charge.

Our house hangs off of a cliff. Other gutter companies would not even bid our job. Brian had the crew with the skills who could do this. He brought in the right people, the right tools and made it happen. We were very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend him.

They were excellent...the price was excellent. I will use them again.

They did the job in a day and a half and did a very nice job. They very professional and I would definitely use them again. They also communicated very well.

We had a 43 - yes 43 minutes of continuous hail hit our home that has a open panoramic view of the front rage with no barriers of trees or etc... We had to repair or replace: our roof, 2 decks, fence in the yard, 18 windows and repaint the entire exterior house. So I spent days looking and reading up on multiple contractors and the dos and don'ts of each project. We picked Brian Pierce due to their A rating on Angie's List and Consumer Reports and referrals from friends. We had been burned by the last roofing company so I wanted to take extra steps this time - so we looked up building permits and personally went and asked random prior customers their personal experience with them. I did not find one complaint from any former customer and all I seemed to run across were customers that loved Brian Pierce Roofing, LLC. Both Brian and Mike were very professional and a pleasure to work with. What they said - they did and on time. If I could give them an AAA+ rating I would. From the very beginning to the end we were extremely satisfied --- From walking our roof to note the damage - to information our Insurance company needed - Picking out the color and type of roof - Proposal (we requested a total of 5 from some of the top rated companies in Colorado Springs - they were on the money) - Removal of our old roof to Installing our new roof - the entire team was professional and did an amazing job. This time we walked the roof and inside of our attic when it was completed and were extremely satisfied with the entire overview of our roof and gutters. We added two additional soffit vents to one side of the roof that had no venting - not only did they look at our roof - but at our roof venting - those 2 vents were at no additional charge. In their bid they also included a 36" ice and water shield at all eaves and valleys. (Most only wanted to do 24") and replaced 5 vents with 5 metal attic snow blocker vents. They did NOT sub contract their work out and they are insured and bonded. My only additional comment -- after a hail storm of significance - have your roof inspected (most companies give a free estimate) immediately - the great companies fill up quickly and you can get stuck with a ???? company replacing your roof with sub contractors.
