I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal coupon for Roof Maintenance. We had a few loose shingles that needed to be repaired, plus a hail storm had come through our area a few months prior and I thought it would be a good time to get the roof checked out. Brian answered the phone on my first call and scheduled a time that day to come out and inspect my roof. He called before he showed up and went over everything that he had found upon the inspection. He discussed what work would be covered under my coupon that I purchased and what the additional cost would be for work that was not covered under the coupon. We agreed upon a great price for the additional work and he scheduled an appointment to come back out a few days later to complete the repairs. Brian was on time the morning the repair work was to be done. He and his staff are extremely nice and take great pride in the work that they do. I could not be more pleased with my experience from start to finish with this company. I will definitely be calling Brian when I need a new roof or any other repairs done. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and his services to anyone and plan on doing so. Thanks Brian for such a wonderful job and experience!

I called them originally to see about getting a new roof, thinking I would make a claim for insurance. They said that insurance would not cover my roof - but they would be able to repair some of the shingles, add vents, check soffit grates. That was all that was really necessary, and they did all but the soffit grates only because they could not get at them without risking damage. So, without my even mentioning it, they reduced their bill for repaired shingles, installed vents. They were in and out quickly, NO mess left behind. I was very pleased. Every time we called beforehand to ask questions, etc., they called back in a timely fashion. If and when we need a new roof, we will be calling them.

Chris was our contact and gave us a bid and written estimate during our first visit. Chris pointed out that some insurance companies give discounts for installing shingles from an approved list. We were able to identify a shingle that would give us a discount on our insurance. Chris brought by samples and left them with us so we could pick the best color. A date was set and the crew showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. The job took two full days. The crews cleaned up every day. One of the pluses is that they used a dual axle trailer to haul off the waste instead of a large metal container which can damage the drive way. Chris returned after the install and made sure we were satisfied and any issues/questions were resolved. Overall everything went very smoothly. The only thing that could have been better would have been to get an answer when initially calling the office.

Chris estiamed the job and gave me a handwritten estimate before he left. He later emailed the formal proposal which I accepted a few days later. I was shocked when he said they could start in just a few days and complete the entire job in just two days. Chris called Thursday and wanted to have the shingles delivered 5/25 which I Okayed. 5/29 The crew arrived, set up multiple ladders and "swarmed" my roof. The entire house roof was removed in just a couple of hours. Ice shield was installed and shingles went on amazingly fast. A very careful cleanup job was done at the end of the day. The second day, they finished the small portion of the house left from the previous day and starte the barn. Between the roofing crew and the gutter crew, it looked like a busy anthill! The job was finished and again, a very careful cleanup was performed. We did find a few roofing nails after cleanup, but VERY FEW. The following morning, a young man arrived to take the trailer full of old shingles and debris away (he had a flat tire a few miles away--darn roofing nails). Chris came out a few days later for his final inspection and caulked two areas of the soffet repair job. The finished product is great!

We had a new roof installed on our home. We received several bids for the project. Not only did Brian Pierce Roofing have the lowest bid, but they also spent the time during the bid process to ensure we understood the scope of the work that was going to be completed. They also performed the engineering work required to make sure installing tile would not create any structural problems (other contractors were not willing to do this until we accepted their bid). They were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them!

the company called giving me the arrival time and they arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, did the job quickly,even cutting some limbs that would cause future damage. Chris even came out the day after to do a follow-up inspection. I will do business with this company again for future roofing needs. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Working with Brian Pierce was nothing but sheer pleasure. He addressed all of our concerns from start to finish and we cannot recommend him high enough for caring and workmanship. His workmanship was so good that when the State Inspector came out he said: "I don't know who did that roofing job, but it is the best I've ever seen!" Also they went out of their way to make sure we had all the necessary paperwork to claim a credit on our tax. So save yourself a lot of headaches and call Brian, we found it well worth the call.

Brian Pierce Roofing did an excellent job, did more work than was required, and just passed the permit inspection. They installed better vents, sealed all edges. Actually, I had some squirrels in the roof. Got the mother & a young one out but the young one figured out a way to get back inside the house. Called Chris, who came out to inspect the roof again and see where the little guy might have gotten inside. Spotted 2 possible places. He had someone come out & seal them tight. Got the little guy out again and he hasn't been back since. Thanks!

I called Brian Pierce, asking him to help me properly vent my home's attice. Brian personally came out to give me an estimate to have the work done. The $400 estimate was to add 8 soffit vents (my home had none) and two additional roof vents (there were two in place), in order to properly move air through my attic space, keeping my home cooler in the summer. The employee Brian sent out arrived on time on a Saturday morning and, as anticipated, took the better part of a day to complete the job. When he was finished, the worker made sure to clean up the jobsite, including hosing off the stucco dust from where he installed the sofit vents. The bill arrived in the mail later that same week and was for exactly the amount of the estimate.

They were really good and did some little bonuses for me. I had a piece of rotting wood and they replaced it for free.

Brian is prompt, efficient and professional. Brian came out immediately and gave us his bid within a day. He had to wait on us for a couple of weeks as we received two other bids. His bid was low bid and we had a strong recommendation for Brian from someone we respect in the industry. We have a large house (~ 5K square ft) and had a 20 year old wood shingle roof. His crew took off the old roof in about 6 hours the first day. Left the house totally cleaned up. The next day they completely installed a difficult roof, numerous valleys and differenet slopes. The roof was an OwensCorning Weatherguard HP shingle. They left the site immaculate. They did an excellent job on the installation and would recommend them highly.

I had to have the roof of my home replaced for hail damage as a condition of sale of the home. The buyer actually selected this company and the roofing material. The company was prompt. Rain caused a delay on the scheduled date, but they were out the next morning. Their price was the best of several estimates I got, and they billed me exactly the quoted price. The contact person was friendly and helpful. In short, they did the job professionally and with no surprises.

Brian gave the estimate after I had three other estimates. All four estimates were comparable in price for what I wanted done except one (a little high). I felt like I was dealing with four reputable companies. However Brian seemed to understand better what I wanted done in three trouble areas and his team did everything I wanted and more. When talking to Brian I felt like I was talking to an experienced roofer. Brian was easy to reach when I had questions or concerns about the work. The job was efficiently and professionally done. They cleaned-up all debris after each of the three days they worked as they said they would. The finish work for the extra flashing I wanted was accomplished above and beyond what I had expected. Just had two rain storms and all systems seem to be working fine.
