Description of Work: Brian's crew came out on an Angie's list special for gutter cleaning discounted from 175 to 111. I also had them replace 10 tiles, glue down the remainder, give us a 5 year certification for the new homeowners (we were selling our house). I will contact them again when we need the roof for the new home we are building. Very professional and less than 1/2 the price of the one other bid we received! VERY good and I'll use them again.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List winter roof inspection and repair. They re-nailed and sealed nail pops and exposed nails, replaced 24 feet of ridge, nailed down headwall flashing where needed and sealed two B vent collars. Four months later a problem was revealed by a home inspector when I was selling my home. Brian Pierce company came BACK out and installed a closure flashing under a dormer box that was overlooked in December. They did this for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! This company ROCKS!

Description of Work: I contacted the Colorado Springs office on Thursday 1/24 and requested an estimate to clean and service our gutters. The lady said she would have someone come out and do an estimate and send me an e mail with that information. As of this date I have not seen any one do an estimate or received an estimate via e mail. Ivan Davidson
