I had a good experience. We have had them do all sorts of work on many different vehicles. We have gone away from most every other mechanic and now have almost everything done by them. They are very honest, reliable, competent and close.

We use them on the little stuff. The price is very reasonable. They have to order parts most of the time. We've used them for years.

They have the greatest prices and don't perform unnecessary work. They have let us bring our own parts in as well and everyone on the phone is very accurate at providing estimates out of their job guides it seems. We have been incredibly pleased with all of their work and every interaction to date.

No further problems in this area. Had transmission problems with another vehicle recently and called Black Forest because of the positive experience I had had with them earlier. They were unable to schedule me in because of the high demand resulting from the Black Forest fire, but were very responsive and pleasant, and referred me to another reputable shop.

They are honest and the staff is knowledgeable is friendly.

Best mechanic around. He figured out the problem, made the repairs under estimate.

Have never had a bad experience.......

I highly recommend them. They are very honest and fairly priced. I have used them for years. They are really, really good. It is small shop but they do really good work and they are very sweet. My whole family uses them; my sister, niece and daughter. They have used cars there that they have fixed and they sell them for really good prices; my daughter bought a car there. They are very nice to women; they don't treat you like an idiot because you are taking in your car. They are busy so you have to make an appointment. We had a mouse in our car once and it smelled so they stopped what they were doing and took care of it immediately. They are nice people. I am so impressed with them I keep going back. If I don't like someone I don't go back. I can't find fault with anything they have done. They do what they say they are going to do; they don't tell you that you need something if you don't need it. If they say the car will be ready by 3 p.m. it will be ready. This is the only auto repair company that we use.

I've been using them over the years and this was the first time I had a surprise on the bill. They are usually pretty reasonable. I've never had a problem with the work they have done over 8 or 9 years. I think they are honest, straight forward. They generally get the work done when they say they will.
