Description of Work: We had a new faucet installed in our kitchen. They did a great job. We have no complaints. We will definitely use them again in the future if we have plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Installed an expansion tank because my hot water heater kept leaking. They did a great job of trouble shooting starting with checking the pressure valve.

Description of Work: Had small sewer backup in basement. Technician snaked drain through sewer cleanout in basement. Did not find an issue. Then he scoped it and found what he said was a hole in my sewer line just before the street. Also found a large root ball at the tap to the main line. Scheduled the excavation work, and they showed up a day early to removed the sidewalk (not as planned). Two days later after the excavation and removal of the section of sewer pipe, no hole was found. When I asked if all this work was really needed, they offered to flush and re-scope the line for free. The root ball at the main tap was gone, but that was done by the city crew when they flushed the main line a week earlier. Now I have outside cleanouts (per code) but a lawn to repair. Their work was good, but the actual need for the repair is still a question for me. The crew was professional and courteous, but not very punctual.

Description of Work: Our water heater pilot light had gone out on Saturday. I called Bill's plumbing and asked them to come take a look at it - they stopped on their way between two visits. He took a look at the situation and told us that the heater was beyond its lifespan and recommended that we get a new one. he was able to come in on Monday (though he said he could come in on Sunday if we needed him) and install a new water heater at a very reasonable price and could not be happier with the service. He was in and out in a matter of hours everything installed clean workspace and we had hot water within the hour.

Description of Work: I had water leaking into my basement ceiling from my upstairs shower. They had to come out a total of 4 times before finally determining that the leak was not even a plumbing issue. My biggest disappointment is that after the first visit, the water was never turned on and checked in the basement. The first $99 appointment felt rushed and the tech "fixed my issue" in less than 15 minutes (he also put the shower handle on upside down!!). It wasn't until the owner came out on the 3rd and 4th visits (and 3 holes in my ceiling and wall later) that it was finally determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue but water leaking into the wall from the shower pan.

Description of Work: Custom design of rain shower and hand held as well. Justin is great he worked hard to create what we wanted. We have used Bills for years. They are the best.

Description of Work: They came to check on a leaky toilet. They removed the toilet, figured out what was causing the leak and made sure the leak did not go through to the floor below or into the next room. They were very respectful and explained everything they did very thoroughly. They were very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Replaced pressure regulator going into the house (before the CSU valve) and rearranged the position of a second regulator to make the design more efficient. They explained all they were going to do and approximately how long it would take (almost to the time stated) and how the rearrangement made better sense then what the original house builders did. Techs were courteous, friendly and professional. They did not mind me asking questions, they stated that they preferred the customer ask questions and understand what was going on. I will use them again.
