He likes to them very much. He likes the customer service manager, he is very responsive. They have good service, good prices. And he likes the availability of services, they are quick. They back up their work.

I've been using these guys for tire service for 4 years now. I even went out of my way to go to this exact store when I lived on another side of town even though there was another Big O tires closer. Everyone that walked through the door yesterday they knew by name or their car. Outstanding examples of putting the customer first.
These guys are always professional, prompt, and just. They give you the straight deal in what needs to be done and they don't try to "upsell" you on anything. They lay it all out on the line as to what they offer and you can choose.
I even took my wife's car in there one time and it had tires that I didn't buy from them. I had a slow leak in one of the tires and a nail in another. When I went to pay there was no charge. I informed them that I hadn't bought the tires from them and that I was willing to pay, they however stated they appreciated my business. This again is another example of putting the customer first and is why I will always use this specific service center.

Got an oil change package and tire rotation (I bought tires through Big O = free rotation) done quickly while we waited. Prompt and friendly service with clean waiting area. My favorite oil service place. We will be back!

It was great as usual. The staff is outstanding in terms of courtesy and politesse, completes work quickly, and is a pleasure to deal with. Their rates are highly competitive, too.
