BEST WEST TIRE & SVC INC

The last time I was there was just for an oil change. I have done business with them on multiple occasions. They have taken very good care of the van I use for my service business and personal vehicles from major repairs to regular maintenance. They are always very prompt and professional. They get me back on the road as quickly as possible which is very important for my business.

They were very responsive in setting up a date for the repairs. The repairs were done and it was explained to me how I needed to drive for awhile to get the best wear on the brakes. I have been happy with the work.

We just think they are fabulous. We love them. We are willing to go to them for anything and everything. We needed a headlamp replaced on a Saturn vehicle. My husband found out that it's impossible to do it yourself. We called a Saturn dealership, and they wanted to charge us over $100 because they would have to take the front end apart. My husband went to Best West and asked them about it. They figured out that they could get to the lighting sockets easier by taking off the front wheels. They did that for maybe $40. While they were in there, they found out that our brake pads were shot, so they replaced those, too. They are so helpful, and they always undercharge. They don't make you wait forever. When we go to Saturn for an oil change, they take two to three hours. We go to Best West, and it's like 20 minutes. We don't even like having to go to the dealership at all. Best West is super honest. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are fast. We go there pretty regularly. They are fair and reliable.
