From meeting with the sales rep to designing the new shower to installation: this process has been extremely simple and fast. We were extremely impressed with everyone involved especially the installers, Sam M and Chris C. They were very considerate and professional. They really got the shower installed in one day!! We highly recommend West Shore to everyone that wants a high quality shower and will be contacting them soon about our other bathroom.

The whole experience was exceptional! Quality product! Our salesman, Brian J. came with samples of everything and with a full knowledge of our options making it very easy to make our decision. No pressure sales! The installation was also a very nice experience. Kyle H, Daniel C., and Garrett B. did a great job. They knew what they were doing and made sure the experience was great for us. They ripped out our old shower to the studs and rebuilt the new shower going above and beyond in just one day! They do not just put a new shower over the old. Wow. So Impressed! We highly recommend WestShore Home.

Sam & Derek were outstanding Came at 9:00am went over instructions and went right to work, answered all our questions with expertise and were very courteous finished around 4:00pm went over cleaning instructions and answered more questions I am very happy and pleased with the end product.. can't wait until the 24 hour waiting period is over to use shower *****

Jeff B., Chris F., ChrisC. converted our downstairs bathtub to a walk-in shower. They were very professional, courteous, and did everything to make sure we liked the remodel. They finished the job in one day, working non stop. We are very impressed with them and happy with the results. We would recommend to our friends. Kaile and Keamon took out the old bathtub in our upstairs bathroom and installed a brand new one. They also impressed us with their work ethics, professionalism, and politeness. They worked all day, and consulted with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to our friends.

Neil and Don did our shower install and did an excellent job. Truly amazing the amount of work they did in a short amount of time and exceptional quality. We had a tile shower replaced and expected this to be a two day job but these guys worked non-stop and finished easily on the same day. Extremely hard workers with great quality of work.

It was stress free and each time I spoke with someone they were always pleasant to talk to and answered any questions. I like that it only takes a few hours to get this done. And the workers that came out to do the job were nice and quiet , no bad were spoken and they seemed to get along with each other. I felt comfortable with them in my home.Chris and Greg were awesome. The entire family is enjoying the new shows.

Our experience with West Shore was fantastic. Our primary concern was having the job completed in one day and the crew was prompt, courteous and the work was perfect. We had an additional ledge added at a later date and the installer, Joey Kun, was fantastic. I would definitely use West Shore again.

West Shore lied about the timeframe for payments to begin. They use a 3rd party company and I was told I had 13 months to pay before interest rates would start. I went with Greensky and they sent me a statement within 3 weeks of the job completion stating I had 6 months to payoff my shower before interest charges would incur. **Don't believe the financial advertisement on tv**

Arrived on time, were polite and professional. They took great care with my GF clock and other furniture. Cleaned up as they worked and completely cleaned both inside and out before leaving. My wife and would like to our thanks to Roger and Tom for the fine work they did on our master bathroom. They were highly competent and professional during their time working in our house. The whole job was complete in about six hours and we are VER{Y satisfied with the work.
