The installation team was very professional and seemed to really like their job. The team of Tim, Chris F, Caro, Calvin, Keemon & Dustin did a fantastic job.

West Shore did a great Job. They installed a shower at another home of mine so I already knew of their craftsmanship and product. This is why I had them do my home. The in home visit was quick and easy, since I knew what I wanted. Prices have increased a little but that's to be expected with the world now and the cost of materials. I feel that with the amount of work the installers, Trevor T. and Kris G. did was worth every penny. They were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier. Taking my old original bathroom from 1993..yes 1993 to 2021...So you know there were some issues they had to address. Great company, great product, great customer service so far. With the warranty which I hope to not have to use I feel this is a great product and Company.

The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my new walk-in shower.

Great Customer Service;Trevor T, Dustin G & Kemon G (aka Kevin Durant) were awesome. The 3 man crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They communicated with us effectively - keeping us abreast of the progress. We were quite impressed with them ordering a new piece after discovering the one brought was scratched. That really spoke volumes and revealed their integrity and pride in the work they do. Appreciated the cleaning throughout the entire project. Great job ð ð ½

We had the pleasure of working with Ed Lopez and installers Jeff & Jeremiah. They were professional, courteous, & attentive throughout the entire process from planning to Installation to cleanup. They quickly addressed any questions, concerns, & confusion that arose. I would recommend them & look forward to future projects with them. We love our shower.

.Great experience. They kept me abreast of the schedule for install. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day. As our shower space was unusually large(not a standard bathtub size), the install required two days and second day went just as smoothly as the first. The custom made shower base fit perfectly once the demolition work was completed. The install crew (two men) were very courtis and informative. They kept everything clean and once complete, the new shower looked as if it had been built into the home originally./ Hats off to Kyle H. and Daniel C, they are definitely a "five Star" team and gentlemen as well.

Nikita and Derek did a great job. I was really not looking forward to a bathroom remodel. I could envision all kinds of problems. But the job went smoothly, and they were done in a day. (just like the video :) ). Bath looks great. They were on time and no surprises!

The workers (Tray and Ryan) worked very hard until the job was done, even their supervisor (Garrett) came out and inspected the work! They were professional, courteous and friendly. Tim and Caro were like family, They were very professional and knew their job and did it extremely well. Me and my husband were very impressed with them and their work. It is so nice to have people you can trust and rely on. We couldn't be more pleased with our new windows. Great Job!!!!!!

Derek and Nikita were great installers. They were funny, clean, efficient and polite. We are very happy with the appearance of the shower and cannot wait to use it.

Tim, Caro and Kemon installed a replacement double front door. They arrived on time, worked effectively, cleaned after each step to avoid spreading sawdust and dirt and potentially damaging the interior floor surface. They were great . I highly recommend them.
