We had mold growing in our West Shore shower and tub installations. Joey Kun came right on time, and was very personable and professional. He scraped out all the mold, sprayed with alcohol to prevent future growth, and re-grouted. This was still covered under our West Shore warranty. Joey was great! I highly recommend him!

Installer was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did an excellent job. Made sure the job was done to our satisfaction prior to leaving.

My installers were great , their names were Danial and Vorn . Was great to find that one of them was and still is a fellow marine. Semper Fi my brother, keep up the good word.when im ready for my next project ill ask for you two .

Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up.

They told me it would be done in a day and it was.

I had a garden tub removed and a regular tub with shower replace it. The workers kept the area clean while tearing the area down to the studs. They totally cleaned up before they left. They did an awesome job and I'm enjoying this area so much.

My bathtub area looks great. The work was done in less time than I expected. The only problem - they showed up earlier than I was told they would and I was still in my jammies!

Superior workmanship. Easy to coordinate time. I have already hired him to do another job which he has accomplished in record time with excellent results and the tub had a hole in it which came out perfect!!!

They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.

Excellent job removing the tub in two bathrooms and replacing with showers. Both done in 2.5 days. Quality work.

Actually Fairbanks removed my garden tub and installed a walk-in tub with hydrotherapy. The project included an electrian & 2 plumbers....they were profession, efficient, and very approachable. The Project Team did a good job scheduling & handling any other issues or questions I had. The salesman for Koehler was excellent,also.

The work was great. They explained everything to me and cleaned up when they were finished. Jackie, Patrick and April were wonderful. Great team.

Following the completion of our bathroom remodel, we found a conspicuous flaw in workmanship. Fairbanks Construction was considerate and understanding regarding our concern. They sent Robert and Patrick to our home to assess and remedy the situation. They were very professional and courteous as they suggested a way to make it "pretty". The final step, installing a glass shower door and surrounding glass partitions, is scheduled to be completed soon. Thanks, Robert and Patrick, for a professional job! We are happy customers who highly recommend this company...and especially these two employees!

They did a great job on the installation of my new walk-in tub. They completed it in one day. They did leave a few marks on the walls but other then that, they did a great job. I would use them again for any projects.

Our project-lanai enclosure - is beautiful! We are so very pleased with the masterful work done by Fairbanks. Each of the steps of the project were professionally completed. From the office personnel answering questions on through the individual specialists working on their specific areas, we could not be more pleased with the end result. We are thrilled over the completed addition.

Great job installing showers

The windows are excellent. Took a lot longer to complete the job than originally estimated, but was worth the wait.

Robert and Patrick were the crew that came over and did the acrylic shower install (which included removal of bathtub). They were professional, extremely courteous and mindful of the cleanliness as they were working. They worked efficiently at getting the job done with maximum effort. They were very personable and informative regarding the product(s) and the company. It was a pleasure having such a professional crew in my home.

The project included removal of an enclosed garden tub and installation of a new custom shower unit. Beautiful job, very professional and completed in just one day. Shane and Joel did an amazing job and cleaned everything up before they left. Very pleased with the whole experience!
