We had 5 windows replaced. The two guys who came, Joe and Jordan, were on time and were very polite and nice. they did an excellent and professional job. They chalked the windows thoroughly and cleaned them after they installation, cleaned up after theirselves and enjoyed them being here. Very nice young men. The windows looks so very good on our house and we are so very pleased. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Bathtub Liner or Shower Surround Installation and Replacement
They removed my old shower and installed a beautiful new shower all in one day. It is awesome. The guys were very professional, friendly, and followed precautions due to covid. They took measures to protect my home by cleaning up afterwards. Can't remember the 2 guys that did the installation but they were great. Joey Kun returned some days later to do some additional caulking and he also was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The entire West Shore experience was great, from Dan who measured and helped us with the planning and all they way to completion. Thank you West Shore.

Shower Installation and Replacement
The 2 company reps -- Garrett B and David T. arrived on time and installed my new shower. Very professional young men. They did an excellent job with my new installation. They were very thorough in their work. Cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and placed protection down on my floors first thing. I am going to have my upstairs shower installed next year 2021. We had a problem with the shower doors and Steve May did a great job fixing them. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and once he was finished with the repair, he showed me the finished result. Wonderful job!!

We had a small issue that needed to be resolved after our shower was installed. West Shore sent a Service Tech by the name of Joey Kun to asses and resolve the problem. Mr Kun was on time, very communicative, professional and extremely polite. On the day he came back, he again was on time and was able to answer all of my questions and resolve our issue. He is definitely an asset to West Shore Home.

We had 3 windows replaced, two of which were large 5x5 ft front windows. The crew, TIM and BRAD, were on time, knowledgeable, careful, innovative, and thorough in their work. All the windows look great, and they did a good cleanup upon completion. A great experience, and we will soon have West Shore come back to do a front entry door and another window.

Daniel and Vorn did a wonderful job of replacing my tub/shower with a walk in shower. They were on time and extremely courteous. The put protection down on my floors first thing and cleaned up before they left that day. Daniel and Vorn made a point of explaining options I had in the placement of handrails and shelving units. They also made sure I was aware of proper care of my new shower, I would definitely recommend them.

Kyle and Alex removed old bathtub and tile and replaced with a new soaker tub and surround. They were extremely careful when moving the old stuff out and new stuff in. The installation was very well-done. They were professional the whole time.

Kyle and Alex did a fantastic job of changing our old tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower and we love it. Our install date was moved up by four days as our material came in early, so that gave us a few extra days to enjoy as my husband is recovering from mobility issues. They worked great together and were super respectful of our home while here, which was less than 7 hours - will definitely request them for the next bathroom renovation.

Mike and Joe were great, came on time, protected my flooring from the front door to the bathroom. They did a spot on installation and cleaned up perfect! Dylan P and T.J. did an amazing job. Dylan explained exactly what they were going to do in removing old tile and bathtub and removing and replacing any damaged wood. The project took all day and they didn't take any breaks. Both of them were considering and professional. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home. I love my new shower!

I have seldom seen such efficient and cooperative teamwork. A large crew showed up on time and went straight to work. They installed 25 new windows in one day. They were very organized and well-managed. When unexpected things popped up, they resolved them quickly and without drama. The crew was polite and pleasant to have in and around the house. And the quality of their work was excellent. Adam B and the Triad Team did a fantastic job. Oh....and we LOVE our new windows!

Tammy the consult professional who comes and does the planning was very pleasure and very knowledgeable about company and well as the products. The professional who comes and does the install was very professional, knowledgeable, cleans up and protective of the customers stuff, approachable, and fast/proficient. The price is steep, but worth it.

It was the most horrible experience in my life. It took almost 3 weeks to partially finish it. They never finished the drywall. They took the money $15,000.00 before it was completed and one week to finish after they took the money and a call to their corporate headquarters. They damaged an electrical line and an electrician had to come and he had to pull the baseboard in the bedroom to fix it. We then had to fix the baseboard. I do not recommend them at all.
