After my home experienced significant water damage a few weeks ago, Fernando stepped in and completely turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Fernando took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and explain every step of the mitigation process in detail, ensuring I understood what was happening and why. He was patient with all my questions and provided clear, honest answers. What stood out most was his empathy—he truly cared about minimizing the impact of the situation on my family and home. Throughout the process, Fernando was punctual, responsive, and dedicated, going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and effectively. I am so glad I found Triangle Restoration through Angi’s List. I had no idea what was involved with mold remediation, but Fernando was clear, patient and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. He and his team were prompt and set up the containment chamber & did the pre testing as outlined in our contract/estimate. BUT testing showed we also had asbestos. Fernando referred us to another great company to work with and insisted on ripping up my deposit payment. I made the new company promise to compensate Triangle Restoration for the 6-8 hours already completed by Fernando’s team! I HIGHLY recommend Triangle restoration for any remediation you might need. What a gem we have here in metro Denver! Locally owned small business with integrity and excellent customer service!

Man not enough words to say about Fernando, he’s passionate about his work! I had mold under my kitchen sink, he came in and fixed it all up, just like he promised! He’s very clean and efficient! I can see why he’s highly recommended!! I recommend him and his crew highly!! His work speaks volumes!!

Fernando was terrific. I had a flood in my basement from a window well. He came out right away, assessed the situation, gave me good knowledgeable recommendations. Verified no water damage to walls. Checked my sump pump. No charge. Just asked for a post. What an honest man. I will make sure to keep his number!!! If you need water mitigation call him!!!!

Fernando was great! He explained the situation and was upfront about the process. A member of his crew set up the containment chamber & another did the pre testing all as scheduled. However the test cam back showing mold AND asbestos. Fernando immediately communicated and referred us to a business who could -and did- take over from there. He was such a professional! He was going to tear up my down payment, but I was really worried he & his team wouldn?t be compensated for the 8 hours they?d worked! I?m hoping the company that did the work will make it right with Triangle Restoration somehow. I highly recommend and am grateful I found this gem of a local company!

Fernando did an excellent job power cleaning my garage. The price was reasonable and I feel I received a lot of value for the money. He asked good questions to determine the scope of the job and was set up and ready to go at our appointment time. He explained his process well and he even looked at another home project I was working on and provided valuable advice. I will definitely be calling FJ Restoration again.

Not only were they (Jake and Fernando) outstanding doing the work in the time/money bid, but they were real gentlemen in how they showed respect for our home in ensuring they kept it as clean as possible. I would recommend them to anyone, and I have never done that before in my life (I'm 81 so that is saying something). They were polite, competent, and really a joy to work with. Their bid was comparab;e to other bids we received for the same work. They are a two man team forming their own company but prior to this gained a tremendous amount of experience and competence elsewhere before doing so. We felt comfortable leaving them the house key to allow them to come and go as needed. I have never really provided such a positive review before, but I told them and now you, I would be honored to do so for them. If they are your selection for doing your job, you are indeed blessed.
