He was great on the day he came over for the bid, explained everything thoroughly, had answers for all of my questions, but more than that, since then he has put up with my unrelenting OCD in making sure I chose the right color! Jordan arrived at our home in January of 2016 more than prepared to sell us a roof. He has thorough knowledge of everything about the products DeBella sells and also about the company, it's history and how DeBella stands behind all that they sell. The roof was on the house in 2 days during February of 2016. It looks outstanding and the work was done flawlessly. I couldn't be more impressed with this experience. It's a significant purchase and one that should alleviate concerns about the integrity of the home. DeBella performed beyond my expectations! Thank you Jordan and thank you DaBella!!!!

Just signed last night. The bids were comparable to other high level contractors. I really would have preferred to sleep on the offer for a day or two, especially since we have another higher priority repair looming. If you are considering DaBella make sure you get your other quotes first, as they want answer on the spot and prices change drastically after the initial visit. I will update my review throughout the process.

they did very good job on the siding. there was a spot where the sewer line came out from my house and the workman did not replace the concrete blocks right and I have to go under the house and fix it now.

Professional presentation by Sam Axelrod and Scott Jackman. Informative and helped to make my decision. I feel like I will be getting the "Cadillac" of roofs. Work has not been done as yet so I cannot comment on that. A very large decision for me but feel that once the new roof is complete I should not have to work about it again.

This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.

The salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old. Thank goodness I have a kind neighbor who can fix the mess they left - big gaps in the overhang in the back, very shoddy. I showed it to the man who came to inspect the work, and called the installer and left a message. He has never returned that call.

Make sure to get other bids first. Huge BS factor, high pressure sales. We were told other roofers were 7 months out and DaBella was a month out. The roofers were here in 2 weeks. Very good. We Were told the job would be monitored by DaBella, it wasn't. We paid top dollar and expected the company would provide quality. The two roofers did speak English pretty good and were hard working. The day after the job was done a rep from DaBella called to say she was picking up the check. We told her we had a couple of issues we wanted to discuss with her when she arrived. She called back to say she was too busy to get the check and sent an office boy. We're still waiting to see if some of the shingles lay flat.

Replaced 40+ year old windows and can already tell the difference just with the noise reduction and less smells wafting through even when closed. I'm looking forward to winter because I know they'll keep out the cold and keep in the warm. The installers were excellent, paying attention to detail and answering questions I had with the process. They were considerate enough to clean up as they went along and worked with me to fulfill what was needed to apply for the cash incentive from Energy Trust.
