Thomas & Dave are the best!! Not only did we get a good price but they came out quickly to help us. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything. They cleaned up and made the area look good.. I really like the way they installed it because it has a much cleaner look now. The AC works great and and we highly recommend Pinnacle! When we need a furnace in the future, these guys are who we will call.

Thomas and Dave did an excellent job in replacing my furnace. Thomas truly knows the industry and has a tremendous level of knowledge with several years of experience. He was so easy to work with and spent time answering questions and explaining all details of the project. I compared several companies and went with Pinnacle after heavy consideration. This was by far the best experience I have had with a service company in a long time. Thomas and his staff were great. They came in checked our air conditioner and gave it an “A” rating and didn’t try to up sale. So I am very happy that God told me to go with this company.

From start to finish the process was seamless. I was given an approximate cost over the phone of replacing my AC unit. Thomas was at my home 2 days later and he promptly gave me an estimate close to what he quoted days earlier. I only had to wait 3 days for the install as he had blocked off the time anticipating I would want this done as soon as possible. Thomas and Dave showed up at my house right on time. The two work very well together. They explained things to me during the process and gave me insight on probable causes contributing to the demise (age as well) of my existing unit. We talked about them coming back in time to clean my air ducts and then down the road to service my heater. I would highly recommend this company for you Heating and AC needs.
